I spent a couple of nights at this place and I would say it was fair. The first room I was assigned was totally without wi-fi connection. They were very nice and they changed it but.....I had the same problem: when you close the door you lose connection. At least I got a bigger room. The breakfast can be definitely improved and internet connection as well. Bed was not very comfortable. The hotel personnel is very nice and available on request. A lot of free parking spots available

I’m not use to do bad reviews and that’s an uncomfortable thing to do for me but for this place would be a total gift to them if I don’t say what this place really is… To begin this is a very racist place , don’t even consider this dirty hotel if you aren’t german , they will look at you like a piece of crap if you don’t speak their language ( what a ridiculous attitude). The pool area is a smoking area for German workers who’s retire there from 19:00 in the evening with their cans of beer to get drunk and make noise till late. On my first night there I did open the door and after seeing this show and feeling the strong smell of cigarettes I did just close the door to run back inside my room, the morning after a very rude, receptionist tried to charge me for the “use” of the pool area…Can YOU IMAGINE ???? The waiters may be vary and you can find some young and kind girls who’s make you feel relaxed , but unfortunately for them the vast majority of the the staff is just taken from the streets of the worst places in germany and their efforts would be canceled because of their lack of general education. Dirt everywhere, on the stairs, on the lifts , outside on the main entrance, on your room at the arrival. I’m just tired and disgusted even to remember my permanence in here, so I will stop here but I will make available every single picture and detail I did take from my permanence to everyone will ask for it in private because this place is an offense to the hospitality standards . And on top of that you must expect a lot of items you didn’t consume inside your bill. This place is advertised as a 4stars hotel , well don’t bother to try and get a bed and breakfast instead so you’ll save your hard earned money and your well deserved holiday.

Leuk hotel met goed ontbijt een bar om in avond even iets te kunnen drinken. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Fijn hotel met goede faciliteiten

Frühstück im Bereich Brot und Aufschnitt verbesserungswürdig, Süßstoff für den Kaffee musste täglich nachgefragt werden, dann 2-3 Tütchen bekommen, Abendessen o. k., Pool sehr unsauber (Fliesen und Beckenrand stark verschmutzt), Farbe im Deckenbereich blättert ab, Umkleidebereich, Sauna und Pool nicht vorhanden, Im Zimmer fehlen Trocken- bzw. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badesachen. Saunatücher und Bademantel Fehlanzeige, Zimmer Nähe Kegelbahn (Kugelrollen bis nach 10:00 Uhr zu hören), Außentür und Flurtüren knallen ab morgens 06:30 Uhr sehr, sehr laut! Biergarten am Abend nach Regenguss am Nachmittag nur mit nassen Tischen und Stühlen, die auch nicht trocken gewischt wurden, erst nach zweimaliger Nachfrage. Bei der Abreise keine Nachfrage, wie es gefallen hat, ob etwas zu bemängeln ist, oder gute Heimreise gewünscht Aber dennoch Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Bad nur mit Badewanne. Duschen in der Badewanne kaum möglich, da Duschschlauch zu kurz war und die Halterung für den Duschkopf am schrägen Kopfende der Badewanne ist. Das Bad hat keine Türe zum eigentlichen Hotelzimmer. Frühstücksbüffet sehr einfach und es wurde erst auf Aufforderung nachgelegt. Laut Aussage des Personal ist ein Milchkaffee nicht im Frühstück enthalten und ausnahmsweise haben wir ihn erhalten. Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise unfreundlich.
