Really cute hotel rooms...very comfortable...and nicely designed rooms in a period property. All the staff were verry friendly. The bar downstairs is very good with a wide range of drinks. Super town centre location. Highly recommended.

Stopped off here to refuel after a long walk in the lovely Surrey Hills locally. Fabulous beers and carefully crafted cocktails, followed by the tastiest pizzas we’ve had in a long, long time. Great service too. Gets really busy- go early, or book a table!

We had the room with the king size bed and bunk beds. Only one night. It was comfortable and reasonably clean, but of dust here and there and one of the towels was dirty. Tiny doors and stairs, especially up to the bathroom. Due to the quirky head heights the mirror was at waist level. Breakfast was continental but very nice. Easy to park and the town is so lovely.

Room was clean and as described, plenty of bedding and towels, simple breakfast but freshly baked croissants was a win :) steep stairs up to our room and to the bathroom - it is noted on the description but high potential for slipping/hitting your head!
