ホテル ペリ ホフ レンズブルク バイ チューリップ イン(Hotel Pelli Hof Rendsburg by Tulip Inn)

We only have booked a standard double room, but got upgraded til a triple room With plenty of spare. It was verden nice.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the city center. The room although small was clean and comfortable. The possibility to park at the hotel is very handy, however both the hotel and the parking space itself were difficult to locate. A sign to indicate the entrance would be helpful

Positives: Clean room. Strong and hot shower. Everything worked I.e TV, remote control, lamps etc. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is free on site and close to hotel entrance. Negatives: No staff were on site when we arrived at 17:00. No easy information available to help us check in. I had to ask one of the servers in the restaurant to translate a German note left on reception desk - which told me to ring a number to check in. So I had to make an international telephone call to then be told our room is unlocked, with the room key inside the room. There was zero information about our stay. Pillows were large but uncomfortable. Toilet in the bathroom in the room was continuously noisy/draining without flushing. Interior is very dated with obvious sign of wear and tear. No clear information if breakfast was included in our room fee and again, in the morning, no one was at the desk at 8am. So I asked another guest about breakfast rules and was confidently told it was included. So we ate breakfast, then a woman appeared on the desk and in a very flustered and rude tone informed me I had to pay 27 euros for breakfast. I have no problem paying for the food, but this information needs to be readily available to guests and more staff presence and communication would solve this and the check-in problems ensure no further confusion with future guests. The cost did not seem fair for the hotel room, which felt much more like a hostel, than a hotel.

Room Was smaller than what I was expecting. Otherwise good value

Very nice and pleasant hotel, breakfast was good.

Leider war das Einzelzimmer völlig deprimierend. Die dunkle, abgewohnte Einrichtung wurde unterstützt durch düstere Tapeten mit Mängeln und traurigen Kunstblumen im Fenster. Auch bei schönstem Wetter hatte man das Gefühl in Finsternis zu wohnen. Das Zimmer war eng und lieblos-es stellte sich schnell das Gefühl ein"ganz unten zu sein". Das Bad ist winzig und beherbergt ein Dusche mit abgeplatzten Stellen und einen günstigem Dusch Vorhang. Der Preis für über 100 Euro die Nacht verwundert. Der Frühstücksraum ist karg und lieblos und der Kaffee schrecklich. Die Zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt und dem Bahnhof ist als gut zu bewerten. Das Objekt wird allerdings von 2 Hauptstraßen umspielt, die für Lärm sorgen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind jedoch nett.

Ich komme gerne wieder. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Trotz einiger Kinder und Hunde warces recht ruhig, alles gut. ;)
