I read every review before selecting this hotel (and I did not book a package through any provider). The trip started off to a different step but there is something different to this experience. Keep reading! Upon arrival the man at the gate could not find our booking but reception did and that felt great! A nice lady checked us in and another man helped us with our bags to our room. Great service! I had emailed the hotel ahead of our stay to see if there were any free upgrades available- cheeky I know, but we were celebrating my birthday and as a single mom, I had to try! Because why not? The hotel did respond that there was upgrades available but for a charge, which I expected, and they also informed me about some birthday packages, but I politely declined as this is not what I was interested in but great to be informed. We were placed in a room that has three single beds, so we ended up pushing two of them together (as it was only my young child and I). The balcony was nice size, and has a place to air dry your swim wear. This room overlooked the "relax" part of the hotel and the dinner area where they cook the food. I could see a tiny bit of the ocean through the trees. There was a minibar in the room with loads of options per day, and better than most hotels! The air conditioning is not on as it is currently out of season, and although the first sleep was a bit rough, again keep reading! On our first night at dinner the staff could not find us a seat and when we asked for assistance to find a spot in the dinner area the staff just left us and so we sat ourselves in the pool bar area not set up for dinner. This is where I would have given the hotel 4+* instead of 5*. To be quite honest, this birthday trip was turned into quite a fun magical dream! Even though it may not seem like lots of magic, it was amazing for us. The Guest Relations team got in touch and turn the entire week into the most fabulous holiday - and most especially for my birthday! Adnan, Mustafa, and many others made our stay so so incredibly special. From the amazing 5* attention/service at all meal times and in between (after the initial seating issue), to a room upgrade, to the feeling of always being taken care of, it was absolutely spectacular service and I hope to come back here each year for a holiday in Kemer area. This is based on customer service alone! This was the first all inclusive holiday both my child and I said we want to visit again soon. Thank you everyone, we had a blast visiting your special place, thank you for the surprise of decorating my room for my birthday and the surpise cake!!! **Also, on my birthday, I could not find my son and searched everywhere, (and I freaked out -as any mother would), and AGAIN Adnan, and the hotel team located him right away!!! Everything is amazing. We hope to see you all again sometime soon.

Been here 4 days so far and we are so pleased we chose this hotel. The rooms are so clean and the food is amazing with such choice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff work so hard and do a fantastic job of pleasing all the guests with the activities and shows they put on. Will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is super! 👌 Currently at this hotel & can say that everything is fabulous. Had an issue with Air Con in room which was swiftly resolved by Guest Relations. Everything else is tip top & all the staff are super & friendly. 5 🌟

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at seven seas life Kemer “wow” could not fault it from start to finish,nothing was a trouble,pristine throughout,restaurants were superb,all staff were brilliant,animation team were the tops and worked hard all day and night,but in fairness all staff were amazing.Food and drink all day and night absolutely wonderful presentation.We would also like to thank the staff behind the scenes chefs,gardeners,hygiene staff admin who play a big part in the overall wonderful experience well done to all. Fabulous hotel deserving of its high rating. Beautiful landscaping and excellent customer service from all. Aircon wasn’t working very well but reception advised that it is not fully switched on this early in season. We did have exceptionally warm weather. A fan appeared on our room later that day which helped greatly. Good animation team and great for young kids. Food always available. Tip would be to book speciality restaurant before you arrive or on arrival as we left it too late to book.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgious environment. The gardens look as if you are in Hawaï. The staff is incredibly friendly and there for your every need. Rooms are light and spacely. There is food and many different drinks available 24/7. The entertainment team is fun and creative and the kids are well taken care off: there’s entertainment and disco and many things for them. Overall I would happily return here.

Anna top girl animation team, makeour holiday so good. My daughter Maire absoloutley loved her . Such a,lovely entertaining personality that looked after my daughter so well. Love to watch her dance so well and wayshe look after Maire .Great holiday because Anna

This is our 2nd visit and the service is amazing! It is 5 star without the stuffiness very light hearted and friendly. My daughter who is 4yr old had a great time in the kids club and the girls were great with her. Both Hasan and Yusuf on the bars were absolutely fantastic loved the bar banter and jokes. A very special mention has to be for Ersan the Entertainment manager, he is doing a great job, I worked in Entertainment for 45 yrs so I know what I'm talking about. I would love to see him start his own in house shows and perhaps a house band but we'll done Ersan you get 5 stars on your own. All in all great week and I look forward to coming back next year
