ホテル リアルト(Hotel Rialto)

The hotel is in very bad condition, it has strange smell, everything is old and nobody cares about it. You have no privacy on balcony, you look each other to the neighbours balcony. The price is too high for what they are offering. The interior of the room is probably from 1970.

It looks like a nice place with really spacious rooms. That is a huge plus. There is also a huge minus. There is no hotel reception service during the night and some rooms are not in their best condition. We got a room on the second floor and another on the third floor for my mom in law. Her room was kinda good, except for the spiders in the bed, ours kids ******. The air conditioning stopped working the second night, it started being smelly. The room was getting hot, that kind of hot, that our kid hesitated to sleep and started yelling instead. Opening the balcony didn’t work, because there was no net barrier, so we would end up with like hundreds of mosquitoes inside. Mosquitoes were everywhere around and opening the front door would be risky. We had plenty of them inside the room during the first night and I ended up with around 40 bites. Rest of the family shared the same fate. After eliminating them, we would be thinking twice about getting such a visit back in. Another thing, which caused few troubles was the bathtub. The shield protecting the floor from getting a flood didn’t stay at its desired position and moved like 1cm behind the edge. So we had a nice flood after each shower. Again, the benefit of the bathroom is its size. Otherwise the place was clean, the breakfast was not bad, to Italy to br honest quite good. We had the side turned the direction to the sea. Very close to the hotel , practically under the windows is an island for separated waste. I can’t understand people throwing there glass bottles around 1:30am. The place and it’s location is ok, just those details are ruining the better impression.

Buon hotel posizionato in zona tranquilla. Balcone vista mare da ultimo piano. Stanze molto ampie con bagno dimensioni buone. Colazione ottima e ben assortita. Direi buona scelta Solarium all ultimo piano. Una sola cosa informatevi come far uscire acqua fredda dai rubinetti del bagno a meno che non vogliate fare una doccia bollente!

Wir landeten dort, mit einer Gruppe und in der Nachsaison. Die Folge war, das hoffe ich für das Haus, dass wir einen unterirdischen, vollkommen überforderten Service hatten. Der bekam nichts auf die Reihe. Leider hatten wir dort auch noch Halbpension gebucht. Als Alleinreisender würde ich dort keinen Urlaub verbringen, für die Gruppe war wahrscheinlich bei der Buchung der Preis ausschlaggebend.

Vicino all'hotel c'è possibilità di parcheggiare (attenzione al mercato del sabato mattina) ma per raggiungere il centro storico bisogna spostarsi in macchina. L'Hotel è datato e avrebbe bisogno di un restyling generale, soprattutto nell'arredamento delle camere. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è a buffet e va dal dolce al salato,

Hotel datato, non certo un 4 stelle - avrebbe bisogno di un restailing generale soprattutto nell'arredamento delle camere, moquette da eliminare, rubinetteria, porte. Gli spazi sono comunque ampi e merita la colazione - camera 106 con fon non funzionante che emanava odore di bruciato, non sostituito e non è stato nemmeno applicato un adeguato sconto per il disguido. Per il resto: parcheggio comodo, vicino al centro, tranquillo.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für ein paar Tage ganz in Ordnung. Allerdings waren wir mit den Betten nicht ganz zufrieden: Das Doppelbett bestand aus 2 zusammengestellten Betten mit eher schon alten Matratzen. Das Bettzeug bestand aus einem Leintuch und einer Wolldecke. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und von mittlerer Qualität und das Personal war großteils freundlich bemüht. Die Lage ist ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und in Gehweite von 5 Minuten gibt es 2 gute Restaurants, ein Cafe und zum Einkaufen einen Spar Supermarkt. Wichtig sind auch die Parkmöglichkeiten: Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist am Hotelareal vorhanden. Da wir in der Vorsaison waren, hatten wir jedoch direkt vor dem Hotel auch einen gratis Parkplatz gefunden.

Wir waren schon einige male in diesem Hotel. Abendessen immer sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Einfach gut! Aber seit dem Mangementwechsel machten wir leider eine böse Überraschung erlebt. Nach Austausch der gesamten Küchenmannschaft ist das Abendessen ungenießbar. Frühstück passt noch. Rezeption sehr unfreundlich.

Sono andata in questo hotel attraverso un’offerta telefonica. Camere brutte ,cibo scadente posizione pessima visto che occorre la macchina per andare in centro . Sconsigliato .C’era una piscina sul tetto ma non ce lo hanno nemmeno detto .
