Location is superb, staff are extra friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and well equipped (including a safe without charge), we are very happy to stay in here. it’s a shame we can’t book more days in this hotel as it was fully booked and no availability for the last night we are in Granada. Definitely highly recommended!

The hotel staff was helpful and the location is fantastic. But there was an strange smell in the room, corridors and elevator (Could be the pipes). Also the hotel doesn’t provide disposable slippers, water bottles or tooth paste.

前台小姐姐非常 sweet，離格拉納達主座教堂步行大約3分鐘，從機場坐大巴很方便就到了，樓下咖啡店的西班牙油條很不錯

第一次去格拉納達， 這個酒店在市中心， 出門就是熱鬧的景區 房間又很大 比馬德里巴塞隆拿好多啦，價格又便宜

The location of the property is right at the center of Granada. The place is busy and surrounded by restaurants, made it very convenient and plenty to choose from. Uber cannot drop and pick you up from the hotel front, it is about 100 yards walk.

Alicia was fantastic at supporting us in reaching the hotel. Generally a good stay, the food out bed was slightly uncomfortable, warm rooms and very small TVs.

great location, clean comfortable room but unfortunately the lobby had a terrible smell which really put off off every time we went in and out

This property was amazing for its location! Right on the lively Plaza de Bib-Rambla, the cathedral was super close as well as tons of shopping and restaurants. We also easily walked the rest of the city too! Our room was beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing; it did not have a view and instead looked out on an inner courtyard but we did not hear any street noise. But we could absolutely hear everything that took place in the hallways/nearby rooms and every single door and floor board was in desperate need of some WD-40; I’ve never heard anything squeak so loud! This disturbed our sleep several times, but I would overall return to the property for its location. We also loved the bathroom!

Amazing location right in the heart of the old town… room was a bit tight. Beds were comfortable. Staff was super helpful. Had to park a block away and bring the luggage through the old town. Ended up leaving part of my luggage in the car and brining only what I needed.

We loved everything about this hotel! Great ambiance and it smelled like a spa! Our room was so charming, loved the decor and the spacious bathroom! Our favorite was the rooftop terrace which had the most spectacular views! We were also able to st on the terrace in the evening to listen to the live music in the square below!

Excellent location with good dining and shopping options. Room was comfortable but would have been nice to have coffee / tea option in the room.

Everything and everyone was beyond helpful and very friendly, the location was just perfect.
