ラディソン ホテル グランド ラピッズ リバーフロント(Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront)

Me and my husband were in this hotel 1 night, they changed us 50 dollars for incident fees,it's normal,it's everywhere, but 10 days letter we still don't have our money back, I called to hotel 3 times and this situation still the same....So I would like to hear call from the customer service of this hotel and to get my money back! Because for now it's looking like a fraud 😒 I don't recommend this place for anyone!!!

Overall everything was good about the room, the only bad thing was we couldn’t figure out why the shower wasn’t dispensing water right. The vending machines were down so we had to go to the front desk.

Pool was dirty and cold. Hot tub too dirty. Hotel room has none stopping loud noise from the heater and the refrigerator all night long. Noise from neighbor room very loud, too. Has one Indian restaurant on the first floor, that made all the hallways and elevators smelled like curry. No recommended.

Pool closed for service, hot tub open with black mold and floaties. Nasty smell in hallway, room was not cleaned properly. Something that looks like possible spaghetti sauce on wall and furniture that needed to be wiped down before using. No bugs found, but spots on sheet from something. NEVER will I be back to a Radisson hotel. Totally disgusting.

The location is great with a lovely view and the rooms are comfortable and recently updated. Upon arriving in our room however it became apparent that the bathroom had not been cleaned as there was trash in the bin, the soap had been opened and the toilet was dirty. We were assigned a different room when I let the staff know which I appreciated. There are limited options for breakfast at the restaurant on site. The lunch and dinner smelled amazing, unfortunately we did not have a chance to try it.

Check in was good but the lobby smelled terrible from the attached restaurant. Was told by other guests that the pool was cold, the hot tub had dirt in it & the hotel closed the pool area before the posted closing time. Our room was ok but I don't think we got the king sized bed I reserved. Hot water in shower came out brown & had dirt in it. Could hear doors slamming all night in the hall. Parking lot looks like it hadn't been plowed in days, major hazard & injury liability. Maintenance & a deep clean is a necessity for this hotel.

The room was nice & clean. We had NO HOT water & the hot tub was dirty & closed an hour earlier than what was posted all over. I advised the front desk of this in the morning during check out.. and she just had a puzzled look on her face. No offer of a discount or really an apology. Really disappointed. After a long day in the cold to come back to find no hot water in the room! We let it run for 45 minutes! It got faintly luke warm.

The room was clean for the most part. There was hair in the tub and the floor under the sink was dirty, with some garbage still on the floor. The carpet was separated from the tile in the room's main part, and they had nailed the tack ***** down so you wouldn't get stuck by the tacks on it walking over it. They advertised WIFI but the WIFI was shut off during our stay. When I asked they blamed it on the weather, but the skies were clear, and no weather issues so it is safe to say they just shut it off during their slow season. The pool had sand in it, not sure where that came from since it's the middle of winter. There was condensation that was falling off the ceiling into the pool as well because the temperature in the room was not adequate to prevent that from happening. Also, they advertise Starbucks but only have a vanilla latte that comes out of a jug. On the plus side, there was a mini fridge, microwave, and a small coffee pot in the room. The beds were decent. There were adequate plug-ins for electronics. The room was stocked adequately with the appropriate amount of linen for my group. The housekeeping staff was very friendly as well. Easy access to the US 131 north to Cadillac on-ramp, just across from the hotel entrance. Located near Walgreens, Meijer, and other stores to meet your needs. The hotel is only 2 miles from downtown GR.

The entire hotel reaked… the hotel smelled, the room smelled and after we left our clothes smelled. Someone decided that putting an Indian restaurant attached to the lobby was a good idea. I enjoy Indian food once in a while, but I don’t care to smell like curry or whatever when I’m staying at a hotel. All our clothes will need dry cleaning.
