ハイアット プレイス グランド ラピッズ ダウンタウン(Hyatt Place Grand Rapids Downtown)

This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect.

Nice hotel. Up to the Hyatt brand. Good location, good service. . . Except. . .The hotel has no real front door. In the dark, from the street level, hard to find. There is no one at the street level, and no place to pull over or unload luggage. The front desk area is on the second floor, by design accessible primarily from the parking garage. The parking garage itself is excruciatingly hard to find if you have not been to this hotel before. Parking is $38. A nice garage, but a rip off. Not included with the room.

We had a great time. The rooms were ready early and we even had a beautiful view. The kids were super disappointed that the pool was closed (we chose the hotel because it had a pool). But otherwise it was great.

Buffet breakfast was amazing and no extra charges! Great view of Rosa Park circle and holiday lights from our room. Attended an event at DeVos Place and this hotel was within a short walking distance!

Everything was great except for the $38 overnight parking fee and $30 fee to check in early. Very clean and modern, and good free breakfast in the morning.

The cell phone coverage in the room was terrible. Had to go to the lobby and work on the computer and make phone calls. Parking was not included - cost of $38/day. The hotel itself was nice and good location within walking distance to lots of things.

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were very nice and extremely clean. The public spaces were also clean and very nice! Definitely a great place to stay!

We had a great stay. Everything was so clean and the staff was very friendly. The parking and location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and the woman who was managing the breakfast was really friendly and helpful. We walked to the Christmas market and many other nearby shops. A great weekend getaway!

Stayed here for a concert at Van Andel. Check in was super easy. Everything was very clean, and staff was very nice.
