酒店地理位置環境好，設施中規中矩。

Fantastic stay here paid for the upgraded room 207 stunning views huge room king size bed lovely bathroom . We had champagne on arrival which was nicely chilling in ice bucket. Lovely chilled spa pool steam room and sauna. We had excellent meal in the evening. Lovely cooked breakfast with high quality produce . Lovely 4 mile walk right from hotel in Loughrigg terrace. We will be back .

Great staff, from Vanedsa on reception to all the lovely wsiting on staff and chamber maids. Worth paying a bit extra for the view. Lovely big bed and very clean room. A proper adjustable shower, great for washing long hair...or not...yoyr choice! Hotel decor kept in good order. Great breakfast and really good quality of food evenings in the dining room. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay: the lakeside grounds were beautiful, the room was lovely with a huge and comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom, the spa was wonderfully relaxing, and the staff were wonderful. There's ample parking and it's walking distance into Grasmere itself. We didn't manage to eat dinner as they were fully booked before our arrival, which was a slight disappointment, but we had the bar menu one night, which was lovely.

A charming hotel with a very modern and classy interior. Fantastic location for nearby villages, towns & lakes. All of the staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. I paid for room upgrade with Lake View which was beautiful, room was lovely, but lacked opening window for ventilation and no mirror in bedroom. Other than that, can’t fault the hotel. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice, well presented hotel with lovely rooms and excellent food. The cleanliness and decor of the rooms and en-suite was fantastic. The food was very nice, but few options for vegetarians or vegans, although veggie sausages were available with the cooked breakfast. The views are amazing, the car park is ample and the staff were lovely. I would definitely love to visit again for a special occasion..

Bedrooms are a bit tired Breakfast wasn’t great. Not fresh juice and cooked food was greasy View and grounds lovely and a good location. Staff friendly in the main Spa was nice and team helpful But the way you are asked to book breakfast and dinner is odd and the bar downstairs is utilitarian Overall an ok place but not four star

Excellent hotel with good location, service and spa was awesome. Room was superb and comfortable. Lots of trails nearby
