Elegant hotel with style. Pretty Clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Winter garden is beautiful, serving hot wines & more. Quite an atmosphere. Florian restaurant is fabulous. Breakfast is absolutely fine but could be bit better. This is not a showstopper for an Excellent rating. 5/5

I had to stay one extra night following flight cancellation. Room comfort was excellent like my stay before. Staffs were friendly. I was promised an early morning food pack as I had to travel to airport @3.30 am and breakfast was included in price. I checked it repeatedly and was promised by "Pauline" . With my utter surprise the gentleman in the reception desk at 3.30 in the morning quite casually said that it was forgotten. Nothing open in Graz airport and I didn't buy anything the night before as I was promised by the reception. The experience was very disappointing and inconvenient as well.

Nice location, very nice surroundings and facilities, excellent and helpful staff at the reception, no doubt. However, a few words about what's not great: Bathroom with constant foul smell - room service basically non-existent, didn't care to make beds on any of the 3 days we stayed - WiFi not working properly, couldn't participate in important company video calls using the hotel WiFi, needed to use cell phone as a hotspot instead.

During our three-night family stay, we found several pros to highlight: - The hotel boasts a fantastic location. We enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. - The service provided was commendable. - Our room and restroom were both spacious and well-maintained. -The on-site restaurant offered excellent dining. -The presence of a pleasant garden was a bonus. However, there were some drawbacks to consider: -The breakfast, albeit costly, was only average in quality. -Families with children might find the pool less suitable. -The sauna's limited opening hours (starting at 17:00) might not suit everyone. -Note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. - Strange smell from AC in the last day In conclusion, despite a few minor downsides, I would certainly recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Perfect hotel, stayed in 2007, will stay again whenever we are in Graz.

reliable, professional old school cool

Stayed here in September 2022. Fabulous beds, firm mattresses, nice pillows, comfy quilts. Robe and slippers included. There is a spa and gym in the hotel. Impressive restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining. Great breakfast at the Florian cafe. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff super helpful and courteous. Location is 10 minutes from downtown. Amazing! Highly recommended. Loved the garden restaurant with the flowers and the nice beer
