ジェイピー グリーンズ ゴルフ & スパ リゾート(Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa Resort)

The glass was already broken when we reached there yet we had to pay for that already done damage at checkout. Hotel was good and the rooms were clean but this experience at checkout soured my whole trip.

So i’ve visited on 28th Dec’23 for breakfast because i had important work there. When i was about to enter the property. Outside guard stopped me for no reason and said ‘Paaji,kithhe?’ I mean *** is this?? How can a guard be so casual with a guest in a 5 star property? He discriminated me on the basis of religion coz i’m sikh. He can’t say Sikh,muslim and christian. He’s on duty so should address guest professionally with ‘sir’ I really got offended with his words. One guard in 5 star property saying ‘Paaji’ to guest without knowing financial status and all. What training is given to staff? I shared this incident briefly with Mr. Ankit Bhatnagar frontdesk. Unfortunately,will not recommend this jaypee property. I found Delhi and Mussoorie more hospitable. Being in Greater noida it’s just average. Breakfast was also Okayish.

Excellent services i would like at jaypee greens whenever i get chance to come great noida i really appreciate the way rishika from front office team the way he helps and maintains lobby area overall the spa , rooms , in room dining services very nice thanks Rishika.

Rishika is amazing !!! She is so polite, gentle and well behaved … adviced us , giving us best of her …. Spa facilities was very amazing nice therapy and ayurveda also nice greenery around golf course ………….. Soecially rishika is amazing very helpful ……

Jaypee resort is one of the lush green property with lot of amenities. I loved the staff and the services here. Food was amazing too.

The hotel is very good... And the rooms are so comfortable and rishika ( guest relations) help me alot in the checkin and all the procedure..it was all good experience of mine and my staff. But I am very much satisfied with the stay. And environment is very good.

Very clean, food is great We booked 2 Rooms for 4 Nights at jaypee greens We got the Best deal, from the guest relations. Rishika was very professional and Helpful, she has the Best Team, all the Staffs are very warm and welcoming, Hotel has very good vibes, it’s clean and very good ambiance, Breakfast was elaborate and serves very healthy meals and we had dinner too, they have good Chef as well..Food was awesome 👌I highly recommend this Hotel at Greater Noida. I had Best Experience in this Hotel..🙏 Rishika in a guest relations ahe ua very helpful

Great hotel had an awesome time . All the staff members were very helpful. Specially would like to mention about Mukesh and team from restaurant department. My kid enjoyed the stay and pool . Kids play area was also a good place to keep kids busy.

I had a very nice stay! The rooms are clean, the food was tasty and we felt very comfortable. The Personal was also very friendly and polit. Also you have the possibility to make sports like golf and more. So we can recommend the stay at this Hotel.
