ファースト チョイス インズ アット ザ スウェル(First Choice Inn at the Swell)

I was very disappointed with the stay in Green River, I chose First Choice Inns, because we wanted a Hotel with a indoor swimming pool. It was closed due to remolding it. If I had known I would not have paid the full price and registered for another place. I would like to get a parcel refund.

Stayed one night as I was passing through. I paid a little more for a king bed but ended up with 2 queens. Normally I wouldn’t care but because the 2 queens room was cheaper I’m disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for. One of the beds didn’t appear clean as I pulled back the sheets and there was a bunch of hairs between sheets and some stains around the base of bed. I ended up sleeping in the other bed, so I guess maybe the two queens worked out for having another option. The hotel in general was sufficient enough for a one night stay.

I paid extra for this stay due to it having a hottub and pool. Upon arrival, I was told that the hottub/pool area was being rebuilt, and wouldn't be available for "quite some time". The water faucet in the tub in the bathroom didn't work (no water), the stopper in the sink was disconnected, the sheets and pillowcases were stained, and the breakfast was the worst I've ever had - unedible. I asked for a refund and was refused.

We just had a one night stay. Everything worked and it was a nice stay. Pool room was being renovated.

We like that the hotel is located next to the Tesla chargers. Our room was clean. We liked that they had bacon with both scrambled eggs and cheese omelets. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were out of service. We stay here often, so we look forward to them.

Nice building, friendly service, convenient location, decent breakfast. No complaints.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned. We walked into a room with dirty towels on the floor and a disheveled bed on the day we checked in. Eventually we were given a different room.

We paid more to stay at this property because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arriving, we asked how long the pool was open at night, and were told that it was being renovated and it and the hot tub were not open. The renovation will take "a long time". No apology was offered by the front desk clerk. Other things - the sheets and a pillow case were stained. The drain in the bathroom was broken.

It was close to some of the parks which is the reason why we chose it. Acceptable breakfast, coffee not in the breakfast area but next to front desk. Incomprehensible. But the hotel fits the purpose.
