Our home away from home. We love it here.

This is just about the only hotel on the east side of town, but I'd stay here even if if weren't as convenient as it is. The hotel was clean and quiet, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The breakfast was awesome! My daughters loved the waffles. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly. We will certainly be back.

Staff knowledgeable and professional. I will revisit again for the weekend. Also when family come into town this a a great place for them to stay

They gave me a king bed instead of 2 queen beds and said that’s all they had left?! The room had no shower curtains in the bathroom and the room had no blankets?! They also refused to give me a receipt at checkout and claimed I owed an additional $157 even though I paid $470 already for just 2 nights.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast options were EXCELLENT. We got in late and they called to see when we’d arrive to have the key ready - and there was fresh coffee at 11pm. I’m thankful.

Stay was great. Minor issues when checked in were addressed ASAP and corrected. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff,was super friendly and helpful. Great fitness center and pool. Brought my pup and she was welcomed. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Room 127 this morning after arriving at 0230 hrs. At check in, the gentleman pronounced my name incorrectly and proceeded to tell me he was close enough when I corrected him. I expected proper DEI etiquette when working with customers with unique names. Then when we entered the room, there was a dead bug on the floor, a used plastic knife at the desk, hair all over the bathroom floor and on the pillows, black smudges on the pillows, both beds had dirty /stains on the covers, the sheet on the bed closest to the door had rips and tears in the sheet. This was a filthy room and we could not call the front desk because the phone was not working. I told Nadine this morning all my concerns and dissatisfaction.
