ハイアット リージェンシー グリーンビル(Hyatt Regency Greenville)

everything was good but the bed. I am a member of Hyatt Vacation club and love the hotel brand in general. This location had an uncomfortable bed, and itchy sheets. I'm 6'0 and was too tall for the bed. Unusual for a hotel and a Hyatt especially.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Greenville. This time we had to ask for service because we had no hot water. We called the front desk she said someone is on the way. An hour later no one we called again and the guy came up ran the water said the sink was ok he would send someone for the tub. Another hour nothing. I visited the front desk (very helpful) they offered another room which we took while moving the second maintenance guy showed up. The room was similar to our first room but the beds were more firm and pillows terrible this stay in both rooms.

Early check in is very important to us - it seem like regulars like my wife and I would get a little better service in respect to this - there are lots of places to stay in Greenville after all.

It was clean and in a great location for exploring downtown Greenville. However, the thermostat did not seem to work or couldnt maintain the temp we set it for. Also, the air in there is so dry it felt like our bodies were literally being drained of all moisture. We were also woken up by barking dogs. Its a nice facility but we definitely did not leave well rested.

We very much enjoy this hotel. It is always a nice, enjoyable time. The check-in process and experience this go-around was less than impressive. Staff appeared rushed and less than helpful when presented with questions. Overall, I would rate this hotel wonderful; however, the service was disappointing.

The receptionist was rude and was not welcoming. The breakfast didn’t have much variety. No pancake or waffle. They were not cleverly labeled. I asked what they were to the lady, she rudely told me what they were.

I am absolutely appalled that we paid over $250.00 PER NIGHT for what we received. Firstly, and most important, there was some growth (mold or mildew) on the shower wall in several places where the shower accessories shelf hangs on the wall. Disgusting. I don't know what material the sheets are made of, but they are so LOUD when you move; so I woke my husband up getting out of bed in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Then, I woke him up AGAIN closing the bathroom doors as they are SO SQUEAKY (they need to be oiled!), and then yet AGAIN when I flushed the toilet; I don't believe I have ever heard a toilet flush SO LOUDLY..Then I woke him up again opening the bathroom doors exiting the bathroom.

The bedding was not top quality. A thin blanket was all they provided. Limited amenities. Other than that the hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was extra but very nice.

The location was great. I’ve stayed in this location before and it was beautiful. I decided to book a night at the Hyatt because I wanted to treat my daughter to an extra special stay. I was disappointed in the current condition of the hotel. I noticed peeling paint, mold in the shower, and a strong chlorine smell in the lobby.
