Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated. All round great hotel.

房間床單乾淨，床墊軟硬適中，分體空調很安靜，衞生間有點小，小陽台很舒服，周邊有超市餐廳，周邊路高低不平有點難走。

酒店周圍環境很好，交通方便，老闆是中國人，服務員講中文，交流很方便，服務熱情，客房設施好，入住舒服，性價比高。

The Twin Towers Inn is excellent value for money in Sydney, which is a world-class city with world-class prices! It is conveniently situated for public transport to the city and other major locations (including nearby medical centres), with adequate parking for guest's cars. For cars, ingress and egress is onto the busy Pacific Highway, which can be a bonus, depending on which way you want to go, but also requires some slightly complicated manoeuvres if you want to head south directly towards North Sydney, the Harbour Bridge and the south side of the Harbour. There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but most of the more exciting eating venues in Sydney will require a car or bus trip. A filling but ordinary buffet Western-style breakfast is available in the restaurant each morning, at a moderate cost. The restaurant is not currently open for lunch or dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and accomodating. A particular bonus is the presence of laundry and kitchen facilities. You can save a lot of money, compared to staying in a posh hotel, by using the washing machines and dryers in the guest laundry, for a modest cost, or by preparing your own meals in the guest kitchen. However, the laundry facilities are coin-operated (e.g. 3 dollar coins to do a load of washing). This is so last millennium! If the laundry were updated to use more modern forms of payment, such as tapping credit/debit cards, this would deserve 5 stars.

My room was allocated on a floor above ground level. No lift. I explained I couldn't carry my bag up stairs. She responded that I could leave my bag in my car and just take up the clothes I would need. I left. I did not and will not stay at tht property

Aging facility dating from 1964 with few updates since. We received a tiny room directly over the driveway leading to the parking lot. Every time a car went by, the room was jolted by the vibration underneath. Mattress was flimsy and uncomfortable; bed physically rolled with each toss and turn. No CNN or BBC. Lobby stank upon entry (better next day). On bus routes to city and Manly but no restaurants within short walk.

Nice hotel, clean and comfy, great pool on a hot day, free and easy parking. No road noise from our room. Very happy with our stay

It was modern, clean and very comfortable. I loved the big shower rosette. Breakfast was excellent with fabulous service and very nice, hot coffee.

Stay was amazing , perfect location close to hospital and city airport. Clean and accommodating to any need.
