"We stayed in the Prima chalet and enjoyed ourselves. The current management company is quick to respond to inquiries and check in is a breeze. The main floor and upstairs were clean but the basement level could be better. The floors and baseboards were filthy with dust/dust bunnies. The chalet sleeps 10 people but they have downsized the hot tub significantly. If you rent here with a bigger group you will not be able to enjoy the hot tub together, it will only seat 4 comfortably. It appears as the bigger hot tubs are life cycled out they are being replaced with much smaller ones. This chalet was stocked nicely and the bedding and towels were nice. The steam room works great. The furniture upstairs could use an update/upgrade, they are definitely starting to look and feel tired. We have been renting in this complex for over 10 years and will likely come back until all the hot tubs have been replaced with small ones. We were happy overall with the chalet but I'm giving the 2 star because the hot tub size. We had 8 ladies here for a girls weekend and couldn't all enjoy the hot together like we have in years past. Thanks for the stay."

"Where do I begin? I’d give 10 stars if I could. Cobble resort and spa is a one of a kind experience that everyone needs to have. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. Clean, decor is timeless & the whole resort feels like you’re in a fairytale. The spa services are superb - professional, relaxing and I felt like a new human walking out. So many treatments to choose from and all are awesome! The steam room & hot tub was great amenities to add to the relaxing spa treatment. The loft suite was perfect - spacious, bed made for a fab sleep, the views… wow, couldn’t have been a better room. Breakfast was a nice added touch - lots of options given to us on a tray, … started the day off on the best note. Complete AWE! Treated like a queen! Big shoutout to Sasha - spa manager, what a gem she is! She takes looking after you to a whole new level,.. top notch! She makes sure your stay is everything you would want PLUS some - she takes the extra extra and details to the top. Highly recommend Cobble - for any season and for any reason, whether its a golf trip, spa day, solo, girls getaway, wedding, romantic trip… you name it, Cobble will provide to the fullest. If you haven’t checked Cobble out.. here’s your sign to do so :) Thank you Cobble & Staff - you make your place so warm and you do amazing at what you do."

"私が泊まった最悪のホテルの1つは、あなたが支払うものを手に入れることを認識しています。しかし、バグ、メスヘッド、そして何もきれいではありません。プールは機能しませんでした。午後9時以降にホテルを出ることも、戻ってくることもできませんでした。私はラギットに行って、使用する前に掃除用ワイプでバスルームを掃除しました。壁のいたるところに髪の毛があり、汚れや古い石鹸はまったく掃除されませんでした...ベッドは血で染まり、誰もが噛み付きで目が覚めました。プールは機能していませんでした。絶対にひどい"
