I was not able to stay in this hotel because they cancel my reservation without notification. I received an email several days before my stay stating that I had to pay the room in full on the day of check-in before 6:00 PM. I made the payment the following day to ensure they wouldn’t cancel the reservation. Then, the day after, I received an email that my reservation was canceled. I spoke to a manager but was unable to resolve my problem, she said they were SOLD OUT!! My guess is that they overbooked and canceled reservations randomly. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES !!!
