Overall we had a good experience. My room was hunted. Excellent location, parking was a plus!! I had a terrible experience with the breakfast restaurant. My family sat for 30 min waiting for coffee and to be noticed while the staff welcome others and gave them service first. It took 1 hr to get breakfast on the table. I had to get up and ask for a waiter because we were being ignored. I do not recommend eating at their restaurants. Try other places to eat. The food was not delicious.

Very old facility totally different from the pictures show at website the bathroom is pretty bad and the bed is like a stone

The hotel is in the best location in the garden square. We are very close to the Theatre, University and churches. The hotel is old with lots of colonial charm

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was in the“Centro” area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was in the heart of the city/town. We liked that we didn’t need to take Ubers anywhere except to the bus station. Staff here is very accommodating. We had no issues with our reservation or stay. This hotel has a restaurant which we used 2x. Food was good, but we wanted to try other restaurants in the area. This hotel also has tours you can book thru them, we had already booked ours thru Viator or else I would have used them. We did however, bought a private tour with them to take us to Leon for shopping. If you’re a light sleeper or don't want the Mexican experience do not book with this hotel. We wanted the whole experience and were very happy!

Property location, proximity to all shopping, restaurants and other attractions are excellent. However, hotel cleanliness is terrible. You see housekeeping with their buckets and rugs all day long, yet all they do is just make beds and take the trash out. There was dust and dirt everywhere, even in areas that are literally within reach, like the night stands and bed headboards. The bathroom shower was never properly cleaned, the floors had stains from day one until we left, which says no one mops them, otherwise these spots would have been removed at least once during our stay. Overall, the hotel is very old, rooms are super small, and I understand that cannot be changed. But what can and must be changed is the way the hotel is maintained and cleaned. It is an international tourist destination and should feel as such

The property is well maintained. The rooms are very clean. The room we stayed in (room 14) was a bit small but we made it work. The staff is friendly. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything. This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

I really liked the location. This hotel is close to a lot of historical places to visit within walking distance.

We loved that one of the staff went above and beyond to bring our vehicle where we left it back to the hotel because streets were closed, he also brought our luggage to the 3rd floor and even offered us a tourist attraction trip around the town that was excellent! Cervantino Festival was in full force so we were stationed at the foot of it all, music, food and callejonada tours!
