The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou

The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou is a luxurious and beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom comes with everything you need. I really enjoyed the toilet (haha). I really enjoyed the comfort of the room. The remote curtains was something to enjoy. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Everything went smoothly while checking in. The buffet for dinner is also delicious. The food was nice and warm. Everything prepared and ready to eat. Very polite waitresses. Thank you for making my stay at the Ritz a fantastic one. I will definitely stay here again.

The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou is absolutely gorgeous! I really enjoyed my stay here and it was my first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton hotel! The staff was kind and helpful! Everyone speaks English which is impressive! Dennis did a wonderful job checking me in! Rocky helped me find a location to take a Covid test and helped me figure out how to get my Covid test results from the previous day which was very helpful. The spa is extremely beautiful and relaxing and the swimming pool is very lovely! I booked an amazing makeup artist in Guangzhou to come over to do my makeup to take some beautiful pictures. I enjoyed the bar and had delicious spaghetti and a delicious dessert which included ice cream. I took a relaxing bath the next morning and had the most delicious breakfast I ordered through room service! It was the most amazing experience!

I have been working in tourism and hospitality and this is not only a guest but also a peer review; The Ritz-Carlton ‘s Motto is “ We are ladies and gentlemen, serving ladies and gentlemen” and indeed I have seen so many ladies and gentlemen who have made our stay so memorable! The service is exceptional and lives up to the name of a brand like the Ritz-Carlton. My family and I would like to thank Coco and Kristen from the Guest Relations who went above and beyond the line of duty to make sure all our needs are met even during their off day! And finally a gift to remember our stay at the Ritz-Carlton… Thanks for the pleasant stay and we ll be back for sure!

It was a quick trip to GZ and I wanted the location to be central. The staffs at the hotel is well trained and very professional. Their level of of service reflect the signature Ritz Carlton's hospitality brand. The room is massive and I slept comfortably during my stay. If anything, perhaps the pool is a bit small for a 5 star establishment and the breakfast spread is not quite on par with other Ritz Carlton hotels that I've stayed before.

Very centrally located hotel with good views and great breakfast buffet. It’s not the newest hotel around, but still in a very good condition with a friendly and solid service.

My Ritz-Carlton stay for 2 night was just phenomenal. My partner and I celebrated our one year anniversary and he asked the hotel staff to help out. They did a great job last minute to put together balloons and flowers around the room. We were very happy with the kind assistant the staff provided throughout our stay from helping us book massages and didis around the city. I would recommend the Ritz-Carlton to anyone staying in Guangzhou, it is really the best hotel here.

We had a lovely stay at the Ritz Carlton Guangzhou. The staff was very attentive and did go the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall the hotel has a rather old fashioned charm. Heavy furniture, golden appliances, all a bit uptight, which is quite signature for the Ritz Carlton brand.

I was prejudiced that the best hotel in Guangzhou is four seasons, well, I was wrong, Ritz Carlton is amazingly beautiful, stuff is super professional and food is fantastic. It's highly recommended and we gonna choose it again and again

The hotel is amazing, such a great experience. The staff is so welcoming and caring, to the little details. Room size is great, comfortable and the bathtub is a bit deeper than usual, which for me was a plus. The room view was beautiful, with the Canton tower and the river. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Limoni restaurant is a must-go! Most of the staff speaks good English. And the surprise decoration for my anniversary in the room was amazing. A special thanks to Coco, Willy and Catherine for the outstanding costumer care!
