Room is really big, like a apartment it has everything. Location is really convenient. Big shopping center below you can find everything you need.

We loved everything about this property especially the people in the front desk. We would like to thank Sofia Perez for her special way in treating us and her welcoming manner. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had gorgeous views of the city. One thing that we are not used to is the noise from some of the nearby bars, but that is something we knew would happen because of the area we were in. It is well worth the bit of inconvenience, though.

This hotel was amazing! The room we stayed in had a full kitchen, a beautiful living room and an extremely comfortable bed. It was so spacious and had access to an outdoor patio. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the staff and everyone involved at the hotel. I loved the ease with which we could go down the elevator and be in the action of all the stores, restaurants, etc that Fontabella has to offer. We walked everywhere including the best mall Oakland Mall. Our stay was the best one yet in Guatemala City. We visit at least once a year sometimes twice a year. We will be staying there again in the future.

My experience, suite 306 noise the AC compressor is right outside of the room so is very noise specially at night, no hot water for the for 2 days but they fixed, people at the hotel are very friendly make feel good all the time. is very nice area and and very safe to walk around

All suites hotel situated in a beautiful shopping center with over 20 restaurants and bars options. I go to Guatemala at least 3 times a year. I plan all trips around the room availability at this hotel

The bed was terrible.

The Good-- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.. Fontabella Hotel is located in the middle of zone 10, on top of a great shopping area, with multiple restaurants, and near everything!! The BAD-- We stayed twice during our trip. Both times we were given room 306 and both times we complained and were told the hotel was full and they could not change it. The room smelled AWFUL. Our bedroom faced towards the shopping center and we had what was probably a karaoke bar making noise every night until 1 am. The hotel did not have maid service during holidays (November 1st) and Sundays!!! The UGLY-- checking out.. basically they harass you to leave your room early. We will not stay there again.
