This was a wonderful stay at this hotel this time. The last two times were not that great and I sent them a letter and this time it was perfect. Kudos to the staff. Also, we had breakfast there this morning and it was a brunch. It was very good and reasonably priced! We will be staying there again in two weeks.

5 th time staying here 5 time missing enough towels and washcloths. Only one water for 2 people, asked for a 2nd bottle and none ever came. Outlet in bedroom was loose. Every time it seems there is something wrong or missing!

I just wanna give a big thank you to all the staff that made our stay so wonderful, Alejandra from the front desk, and the 2 housekeeping staff who made sure our room was always in good condition. we tried the restaurant and the food was good 5-star quality, the security staff that was always outside at the door greeting every guest was very nice and educated men, in general, a 5-star in my opinion, keep up the nice work! thank you to everyone you made our stay wonderful

Property with good location close to restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets. Quiet place, safe area, easy way to get around the rest of the city and driving around. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic place!
The gentleman in reception was extremely respectful, welcoming and courteous.
Got a really comfortable and clean place and had a wonderful stay.
Super close to the airport as well.
We will definitely use this facility again and already recommended it to a couple of friends that will for sure end up using it.

It was the best!! The staff was amazing and verily attentive. They made sure we were happy with our stay. Made my first trip to Guate feel like I was at home. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

The room was extremely comfortable. It was like staying in an apartment with kitchen facilities and a living area. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this hotel.
