Not the best of places to stay. Beautiful setting, but that is all. Evening meal consists of one course only, no dessert, and no tea or coffee. Mattresses are hard and the pillows the same. Kept awake all night by a pack of howling and barking dogs, with a horse joining in the chorus. Only one teenage boy serving at breakfast, and it was not ready at the advertised time. Milk for the coffee came 15 minutes after the coffee. Not much choice of food, and not much in amount. Outside paths and gardens are still work in progress.

Best Hotel in Kazbegi! We loved the hotel, the best views we have ever seen from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cozy and the views from the balcony are just stunning 😍. We loved the restaurant at the hotel the food was Scrumptious and the restaurant staff are so kind and friendly. The Manager David was very helpful and kind who prepared for us a delicious breakfast 😋 Nick at the restaurant was the sweetest person. We will be back ! Regards Nirosha and Mohammad from Dubai

The best hotel with the best staff. completely new and orderly environment, what you want for a comfortable vacation. Breakfast is perfect, with changing dishes and most importantly, delicious. The staff in the restaurant are neat, completely clean, friendly and I will repeat here again, and delicious dishes. With full mobilization in the administration, experienced and properly trained personnel who know their work without interruption and can help you and create complete comfort at any time. An incomparable setting with unparalleled views, filled with fresh air befitting a highland region is Suatis Resort Kazbegi. Thanks to this cool staff for their kindness and selfless work. The junior suite I booked was great and reasonably priced: truly spacious, modern with good taste and comfortable with a very nice bathroom including all possible amenities. If I had to criticize something, it would only be the desk lamp with a bulb right in your eyes, but that is only a detail! This hotel should get a 5/5 but it won't because of the lack of professionnalism of its staff: even if they had my credit card, I was requested to pay when checking in and the young man at the reception didn't even offer to help the elderly gentleman I am with my luggage and I was the only client! and when I checked out I was requested to wait until they checked the room which I bluntly refused. Food be it dinner or breakfast is not bad and the evening waiter/morning waitress were both very nice but everything takes ages (again I was the only client): vegetable soup took 25 minutes and breakfast boiled eggs 40 minutes. Assume the cook prefers watching netflix than cooking! Could be a great place with a better management.
