The breakfast isn’t good.

Nice stay It was a good stay and the staff was nice and welcoming and the rooms were clean, had hot water, food service very good and timely that's expected with the cost charged.i will also recommend to my friends for your hotel

The hotel is very poorly maintained, the room walls are peeling, leaking, etc. There was the promise of convenience items like soap, shampoo, etc. But he didn't do it. Additionally, the towels were worn out, and the cable TV didn't work. It is on an unpaved street, next to an avenue, and with no shops next door.

Would like to appreciate the service provided by treebo app from which I was able to book a hotel at very reasonable price and with good service provided. As with in such reasonable price got clean room and good food quality which is worth to stay

Eden has all the amenities required for a good stay. It's located in the heart of gurgaon with pleasant stuffs, it's a veg hotel hence you have to order non veg from outside if you wanna have it else all good. Stayed 14 days here with a great experience

Its always a good feeling to return to Eden Residency whenever in Gurugram. They make sure that the room is clean everyday. Best feeling is when you return from work and your room is clean! The food is good and the team is very polite. The rooms are spacious and good breakfast. Provide all the room amenities.

Very convenient & cosy place to stay while travelling for work, will surely recommend. Being near Huda Metro, it's convenient for local travel while also being close to the highway to travel towards Delhi if required.

I was put up in a hotel for official work. The hotel is located in a narrow lane beside a vacant plot and there are no streetlights. After a long day, when i came to the hotel at night, i was initially scared as it was a secluded place with poor lighting and thin staffs. There was no lady staff as well during night. When i told about my scare, i was told that people of higher stature than me stay there, then why should I be afraid! I was dumbstruck at the lack of empathy and complete hypcrite behaviour of Mehmood who behaved extremely unemphathetical and unprofessional and refused to listen to my point and make me comfortable. Instead he kept saying that if others are not afraid, why should you be afraid!! Also when my colleagues joined me, he narrated the story as a grapevine!! I am completely disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience. It was a harrowing experience.
