The location is excellent for temple visit, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms have a musty/moldy smell, though linen was fresh and bathrooms were clean. There was sofa in the room which was very dirty, and I was worried there is mold! The room would have looked better and would have been more functional without the sofa! Less is more when it comes to furniture in a small hotel room - what is more important is cleanliness! I might not stay here again due to the cleanliness issue, though the staff and location were excellent.

Room is spacious, however lots of stains in ***y places. Restaurant food is horrible. Also my car's wheel cups were stolen when parked in hotel premises

The air conditioning in the lobby is not turned on. Stuffy and steamy by the lobby area. Restaurant is poor and staff are not trained in hygiene, level of customer service. For example, the server was coughing and was not wearing a mask. Room was average and amenities like soaps, and shampoos were below par. Food was very average. They need a significant upgrade in service levels.

On our visit to Guruvayur stayed for one night . Located a few steps from the temple gates . It’s a decent clean relatively new hotel good for short visit. The people are hospitable & helpful. Would recommend for your stay in Guruvayur. Would visit again.

We visited Lord Guruvayur temple at Guruvayur for our daughters Arangetram. So for the makeup and dinntgathering we booked a day room and their hall. It was a wonderful experience. Mr.Vinod the General ***ager is superb ***** with the rest of the staff. Mr.Vinod helped us every step of the way and made us very comfortable. The food is delicious and very tasty. Overall a great place to stay with family very near to the temple. We thank Mr.Vinod and the rest of the staff . Would highly recommend the hotel catering for special occasions. This hotel is located very close to Guruvayoor Sree Krishna temple and l had stayed in this beautiful hotel ***y times.All the rooms are well kept, the vegetarian food is really tasty.l must mention the name of the GM Binu who has been taking care of every minute details and always been visible, also Shobhin the Front office person, always so helpful and efficient

First of all I would like to say HORRIBLE .because we entered this hotel the reception people behaving like indifferent personality. Their face was no pleasing .we were waiting for a long time bcoz we dont have any id with us .I told one of the guy he told until id getting after that we can go to the room .After got the id we went to the room .the room was fungus smell we got cough and cold bcoz of no need and clean .bathroom had no portion so we took bath full water will flow the entire place .food was very bad .even buffe no items there .tea and milk was very watery ..over all our money waste. 11. 57 am they called and told veccate. Their time was 12 pm..even 5 stars hotels also they will give 2 to 3 pm .so I decided not choose this hotel anymore..very very bad experience.

This property used to have clean rooms.. Being a star property, this property should take more care in cleanliness. The room that we got were dirty with stains on the walls everywhere and the sheets also had stains in them. Highly uncomfortable pillows and bed. Some smaller pillows looked like they haven't seen the insides of a laundry machine in ages.

Rated a star because that's minimal allowed. The service is pathetic, they've basically put up a hotel near a temple and mince money out of ppl who are finding a stay for visiting the temple. They keep 2x 1Ltr bisleri bottles in your room (other hotels have their own / generic glass bottles) and when you want some more drinking water you call up room service and ask for it. They then come and say that these bottles are chargeable, if you want drinking water call up House Keeping. HK should be for upkeep of the house and not services to the room. Everywhere else the bottles are refilled by room service and hence no nonsense of paying for water. Other issue is we even tried calling house keeping but they never picked up, then reception was called and he sent room service. So they do not follow their own rules. Reception said 2 bottles are complementary and room service says if we bring it, it's not complementary. All mess this hotel is. Next was the cab request, there were issues even with ppl understanding English so we requested the hotel if they knew anyone or if they could arrange a cab to the station (21km away). They charged 1700 for that. 1700 for 21km distance. We paid literally half that amount for double that distance in Mumbai to go to the airport 🤦🏻‍♂️ All in all a disappointing stay, avoid this hotel if you can. Better options available elsewhere.
