The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Excellent hotel in Paltan Bazar, in the heart of Guwahati city. We got this hotel booking done thru MMT, unsure of the services as there was no review on Trip advisor. However the staying experience was great. It's a new hotel on the main road. Room size was good, very clean bathroom with 24hrs hot water, clean and comfortable bed/pillows/blanket. We got complementary breakfast, simple menu like cornflakes, toast n egg, poori-sabzi and tea/coffee. Staffs were nice and helpful.

9月23日の週の初めにホテル バーガブ グランドのデラックス ルームに2泊しましたが、ホテルには基本的なアメニティが不足していることがわかりました。清潔なコーヒー カップではなく、使用済みのコーヒー カップがありました。部屋にはティーバッグ/コーヒー サシェの入った温水器が置いてあったのに、紅茶/コーヒーを入れるためのティースプーンはありませんでした。部屋には文房具どころか、ハンドタオルさえありませんでした。部屋はかなり広いので、小型冷蔵庫があってもよかったと思います。部屋はメンテナンスが必要で、特に壁をもっと頻繁に徹底的に掃除し、ペンキを塗り直す必要があります。バスルームは非常に基本的ですが、便器の上にタオル ラックがあり、面白いものの、非常に使いにくいです。ここでも、もっと徹底した掃除が必要です。部屋の鍵が正しく機能していなかったため、ハウスキーピングに電話して受付に送って鍵をチャージしてもらわなければなりませんでしたが、これも経営陣が仕事をしていれば避けられたはずです。食事はまあまあで、特に素晴らしいことはありません。スタッフの中には親切な人もいました。主要なショッピング センターからは離れているため、立地はそれほど良くありませんが、空港に近いです。ホテルから徒歩圏内に飲食店は数軒あります。ビュッフェ式朝食は種類が豊富で良かったです。

There are a few positives about Kalyaniz though the place would not rank high overall. While located in a key city area, the main location and approach is through a narrow road which could get congested. Transport within the city is not an issue with cab aggregators being available. The room size was good and it was clean. The lighting in the room was annoyingly dim giving it a very dark/ dingy feel- certainly a negative. What was most puzzling was how the hot water in the bathroom just did not come even after a long time. There is a weird method to supposedly get the hot water which only results in a waste of time, and a waste of lot of water, something which the hotel needs to rectify pronto. The food in the restaurant including the buffet breakfast was very average and could do with improvement. The housekeeping staff was prompt in attending to our regular requirements, except for solving the hot water puzzle.

One of the best new hotels in Guwahati. Can see the Meghalaya hills in the distance. Brand new hotel. Well laid out plan, good staff, excellent designed rooms. All efficient and well thought out. The coffee shop Jholeo and the Bar Kiya are a treat tkmo sit in. Well done subtle yet rich classy decor interior. The breakfast spread was fantastic, loads of options and varieties, all fresh and well thought of, with authentic ingredients. The staff polite and pleasant. Loved every bit to staying here. The pool, the gym on 2nd floor are nice and cosy. Wish to have stayed for a few more days. A sure recco place to stay and experience in Guahati.

The service was good. Rooms were hygienic. Overall the stay was comfy ***** with the good location. Thank you hotel daisy.

The resort’s staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful in every way possible. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The amenities provided were of high quality and we were happy with the overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was the location of the resort. It was nestled amidst the hills and surrounded by lush greenery. The serene environment provided us with the perfect escape from our busy lives. We were able to relax and unwind completely. The activities and adventure sports offered by the resort were thrilling and exhilarating. The staff made sure that we were safe at all times and provided us with all the necessary equipment. We had a great time trying out new things and stepping out of our comfort zones. The food at the resort was simply outstanding. The variety and quality of the dishes were exceptional. We were delighted with the taste and presentation of each dish. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity was truly commendable. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and adventurous vacation. The hospitality and services provided by the staff were exceptional and the experience was unforgettable. I cannot wait to go back again!
