ベストウェスタン プラス ガイモン ホテル & スイーツ(Best Western Plus Guymon Hotel Suites)

I booked a king suite and didn't realize it was a separate row of rooms outside of the main building. I liked that and it makes it quieter and my car was right outside of my room like an old school motel.

The front desk staff was cheerful and knowledgeable. There was a wildfire in the area. While we waited in the lobby to learn if we needed to evacuate, Riley was steady and reassuring. The breakfast was prepared with care for freahness and cleanliness.

Pet friendly easy to get to clean and quiet Alecia at the front desk was wonderful! So welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed to celebrate our anniversary. Pet friendly-we had our 8 mo old puppy. This was her first hotel stay. No worries, she barked only a little. Everything was clean, and staff was helpful.

Wonderful place to stay! The only negatives are low bathroom light and not enough elecoplugs.

Round Top Burgers has excellent grilled chicken sandwiches and amazing curly fries- right across the street from the BW

Everything was super. No one was in the pool which was nice. The only problem was the hot tub. It was barely warmer than the pool…

Overall me experience was pretty decent. However, after a long drive and getting In late, I was disappointed and disturbed to climb into bed only to find my sheets had dried/stained blood on them and I had to remove them from the bed. I feel like this is a pretty big oversight in hotel cleanliness and made for an awkward sleep.

My room was no great, the fan to the ac/heater was constantly running, even though the gauge was completely off. I tried many times to fix and to no avail, did any instructions work. I called the front desk and the front desk person came to my room at 1:30 a.m. and also tried to fix the fan. She could not. She told me that a manager would be informed and that I could receive a discount. I haven't received that. She also offered to help me move to the last available room, outside. I declined to be moved at that early time. The fan was so loud I could not hear the TV or the alarm sounding. Next time call in a maintenace person to fix it.
