スタッフはフレンドリーではありません、 ベッドの服が汚れ、タオルが汚れ、ランプが壊れた部屋、夕食にはレストランにたくさんのスタッフがいましたが、それでもサービスを長く待ち、朝食はスタッフが1人だけでした。 良い点は場所ですが、それ以外は何もありません。

このホテルは、南部へドライブする前に立ち寄る場所として利用しました。空港無料サービスは素晴らしく、スタッフは親切で迅速です。部屋は良いのですが、テクスチャードコンクリートの壁で装飾が少々荒いです。バスルームとトイレは清潔でしたが、形式と古さが目立ちます。要約すると、部屋は十分で、短期滞在のニーズを満たしています。プラス面としては、公共エリアは素晴らしく新鮮でモダンです。スイミングプールの芝生のレジャーエリア、屋外パティオの座席、食事や飲み物を楽しめる本当に素敵な屋外座席エリアがあります。部屋の更新にさらに投資すれば、長期滞在にもっと魅力的になるでしょう。

スタッフはとても親切で、空港からわずか数分なので便利でした。レストランの食事も美味しい。

素敵なホテル。おいしい朝食。ベッドは最も快適ではありません。ショッピングモールのすぐ隣にあり、電車やバスにも近いので立地が良いです。プールと屋外エリアもよかったです。

2 night stop over in Nice. Great hotel location just a walk away from the shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, with water fountains to top up bottles in the room. Fridge in room was a extra. Staff were happy to warm my daughter's food we brought with us on the first night as she has an allergy. Free shuttle to and from airport and to la Gare St Laurent du Var. Reception happy for us to call for pick up whenever we were ready.

They collect you from the airport and take you back again when you leave , staff always there to help

A good hotel. Staff very good. Location next to shopping centre. Plenty of returants and bars along seafront

It is all about staff and attitude. As a customer we seemed to be a major inconvenience for the front desk staff! We asked about when restaurant was open and that did not seem to be worthy of a response. We called in morning about airport shuttle and were asked if we booked it. As we had not phone was put on counter, end of conversation. I walked down expecting to see busy checkout, no one. Shuttle response was too much to ask. One redeeming employee, shuttle bus driver, offered to take us early and very helpful! Stayed many times because close to the airport, be clear never again.

Very convenient location by the airport and good shuttle service. Breakfast only starts at 5:30AM. Good on site restaurant.

Nice hotel with a free shuttle from airport, very conveinent Shopping mall accross the street and McDonalds around the corner, good espresso there :)

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel offered all the amenities we needed. It was just a short walk to dining options and the beach! We especially loved Felix the cat who greeted us in the lobby. Nice to have a built in mouser!
