I am Dr .Samir from UAE , I spent 5 night with this hotel . Really , it was amazing trip for us because of the quitness of the island and the hotel location on the beach and great hospatality of the kind and polite staff . The food also was delicious we have halfboard meals it was taste food . Everything was wonderful respectful staff , reception and resturant ladies , cleanness of the hotel , and its location . I really hope to come back soon to this wonderful hotel and I advice everyone to book through it .

__D1570KHI'm looking for such good words that some people write that you saw them and that you experienced them!! The worst experience ever!. The reservation was made through agoda at the end of December. The day before we were trying to contact him from Maafushi to have someone waiting for us at the port and the phone was always switched off. The next day when we arrived we understood why. There was no room in ithaa for us and they took us without even informing us to a place in the damp and the stench. Of course we refused to stay there and were looking for a place to spend the two days on the island. Luckily we got lucky and found Chambao. Two days that we stayed on the island we were looking to find the person in charge and of course he was nowhere to be found. We returned to Greece and are in communication with agoda but unfortunately I don't think they will give us our money back. Prefer other platforms and of course never on ITHAA GURAIDHO because they will steal you!
