Good location

Trully disappointed with this hotel. Will never recommend to anyone. Matrasses and pillows were very soft and uncomfortable, blankets were small. It was very hot in the rooms and air was very dry. Even lowing the temperature and opening the window didn't help. So it was very hard to sleep. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every noise. Breakfast wasn't good. Bread - lavash was old with mold. The hotel is overrated

We had a workshop in Berlin Art hotel as well as organized our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Especially huge thanks to Berlin’s Lusine. She is a real problem-solver💪 The lunch and coffee breaks are tasty, rooms are cozy and warm. Overall the atmosphere is very creative and inspiring.

We had nights to spend in Gyumri due to business and we booked Berlin Art Hotel. Location is perfect, although there were road works around the hotel and it was not that easy to move around. Hotel has specious rooms, which are clean and provide the basics. I hate shower cabin with a curtain, which is more Scandinavian style, otherwise bathrooms are clean and serve the purpose. Breakfast is rather basic but descent, staff at the reception is very helpful. For the price you pay you get proper service and descent stay. In the corridor there are some spaces where you can have seat and chat with friends, you can also get a bottle of wine and some snacks if you are lazy to move out to the city.

The location was perfect, it was in the coty center but a little far from the crowded parts of it.The staff was super friendly, the backyard environment was wonderful and beautiful, I really loved spending time in the backyard of the hotel with my one year old.

Artsy Hotel in Gyumri offers a truly amazing experience. Each room displays one of the resident artist's works and makes you wonder about your own creativity. There is an art gallery in the hotel and a bookstore with carefully curated books. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and in general the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend.

We love this place. Centrally located, great accommodations in Gyumri. Friendly, resourceful staff. No frills, clean, comfortable rooms. Nice backyard. Small shop on premises with unique books, and other items.

We are in love with Berlin Art Hotel. We are always back and never looking for another stay when traveling to Gyumri. Friendly and welcoming staff, tasty breakfast and very nice hotel with lots of artworks and book store. Amazing garden where you can take your breakfast. I highly recommend.
