Ik werd prima ontvangen. Jammer dat de communicatie met Trip slecht was verlopen, maar dat hebben ze goed afgehandeld. Prima lokatie vlakbij het centrum en parkeergarage in de buurt. Prima kamer met gratis wifi en goede tv. Alleen het ontbijt vind ik erg prijzig voor wat ik ervoor kreeg

Really nice hotel, very modern and comfortable. Wifi was good, bathroom was small but good, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was generally good but they only had boiled eggs and no other options for eggs.

Very reasonably priced for such a good hotel, rooms are sparce, bed, pillows, duvet very comfy, good hot powerful shower. Haarlem is a lovely area plenty of good cafes, restaurants on the doorstep of hotel. Private cab from schipol airport to hotel €73, uber from hotel back to airport €32.

Despite being located next to a Day Rave club this hotel was quiet. Comfortable beds, well appointed necessities for an overnight stay in Haarlem.
Many options for breakfast.

Excellent location -- not only for the Centrum/town centre but also the concert we were attending which was next door! Very cordial and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room with a good shower. (My only wish was a carpeted floor instead of wood laminate, which is cold in nature and to the touch!) Good breakfast options. A very pleasant experience I would gladly repeat.

Elevators impossible for blind people to use. Cupboards in rooms dangerous for blind people. Nowhere to hang bath towels. Bedside tables too small. Duvets too hot and no cooler option.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Only reason one star was lost is that the safe in my room was not functioning, and the safe was missing from my parents room. Would be nice if some dining options were available in the evenings.
