カールトン アンバサダー ホテル(Carlton Ambassador)

雖然是19世紀的文物級建築，但是建築老而不舊 設施完備適用，服務也很周到熱情。床墊尤其是舒服。去和平宮步行十分鐘之內就能到。去購物街最多步行五分鐘。購物街口有個能開到半夜的便利店，酒水飲料和食物都有，在歐洲非常難得。唯一不便的是，拖鞋是深色的，配上深色地毯，很不好找。

I had booked into the hotel for one night as the Hilton den Haag was full. I had moved from the Hilton which is next door at 7:30am and dropped my bag at reception gave my name and confirmed all was good with the booking. Arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm to be told no rooms and by the way the hotel was overbooked for nine rooms in total. This has never happened especially when I reconfirmed my booking earlier in the day. I managed to get a room by agreeing to have a room where the air conditioner was not working and half the ceiling was missing as I was too exhausted to do anything else. Do not ever consider staying here if you want to be assured you have a room.

The bathrooms were terrible: rusty and dirty. After complaining the first day, nothing really changed. The sink and bathtub faucets were rusty. There was even a dirty liquid leaking from the bathtub. We were there for almost a week (with 2 bedrooms that were more or less the same).

The staff is amazing. The rooms were lovely. To get into the shower/bathtub is the only problem. As the sides of the tub are very high, it is very hard and dangerous for people who are not in good shape. If the are rooms with walk-in showers, it would be wise to let their older guests know of the option.

Lovely hotel - beautiful - clean - more than you need - parking with possibility to charge your electric car - very friendly welcome - central location - recommended when in Den haag - thanks a lot !

Positives: - good location - nice period building - comfy bed - restaurant food is nice - polite reception staff Improvements: - rooms extremely dated. Bathroom for instance.. for this price I would expect a renovated bathroom. - the room decor (e.g. red pattern carpet) is dark and dated. Needs to lighten up. - would be nice to have a proper coffee - breakfast staff not easy to get hold off and always look confused - restaurant waitress spoke very little English. She explained the dish all wrong. Explicitly asked for no shellfish - dish had prawns and mussels.

The hotel is located in a quiet place. The staff is very friendly and polite.

The interior of the property is very nicely decorated, elegant. The room is tastefully arranged, the bathroom and toilet are ingeniously separated. The employees are very welcoming and helpful.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and ready to assist.
