位置絕佳，就在巴哈伊花園門口，酒店設計和格調也相當不錯，早餐特別豐盛好吃，真想一天三頓都吃早餐～ 誇完了現在説説不足，整體服務還沒跟上它的硬件設施，我們説英語的，跟前台勉強交流吧，我們checkin的時候比較早，房間還沒準備好，所以先把行李放前台就出去逛了，晚點回來拿鑰匙拿行李入住的時候居然把別人的行李給我們，我們説了這些不是我們的，等住到房間之後，居然又有服務員拿着剛才兩個不是我們的行李給送過來了🤨房間裏沒有紙巾，我們點了外賣沒餐具想跟酒店借餐具 説了半天也沒送來，服務真是有待提高🤨

This is a very new modern hotel in Haifa located at the top of the German Colony. This hotel is overall great with an extremely attentive and caring staff. If you get a room with a ocean view it is truly breathtaking and the Pool/Terrace also have great views. The Gym is very basic if you care about that. I would rate this hotel 5 stars but there are several small things that irritated me that make the stay less enjoyable. The hotel has no driveway so you have to walk up a hill or stairs from a car with no easy drop off. There is only one entrance and if you are walking up the hill the one elevator that could take you up isn't functioning yet. Also some of the bathrooms are a total open layout, meaning it is just part of the room. There is also blush glass so you can see another persons activities in the toilet and have a clean view from the bed to the exit of the shower. You can apparently request a normal room if you want. If you want to be in the German Colony this is a great choice but it is a very strenuous walk from the bottom to the top. Lots of good local restaurants close by but you will need to walk up the hill back. If you plan to take a car around Haifa or it is convenient for work this is an excellent choice. Special shoutout to the night manager who comforted my grandmother when we were dealing with a family emergency during our stay.

We stayed here one night on March 15th with our group. We had been upgraded to this hotel from a different one we were supposed to stay at. I’m so glad we were. This place was amazing! It’s on a quiet corner. Across from the beautiful Bah’ia botanical gardens and Mt Carmel. It’s clean. Rooms nice. Beds comfortable. Food options for breakfast were plentiful. My only complaint is we only stayed here one night. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is so beautiful , in such a great location, so luxurious, so well run, has such an outstanding breakfast, with such attention to every detail…I almost didn’t want to write this review and keep this AMAZING place all to myself!! Recently opened, this wonderful hotel will, I am sure soon be booked to capacity. We were lucky to have stayed there when we did on Jan 17,18 & 19 2023. The staff couldn’t have been more kind and solicitous, beginning with Yoni, Ruth Naomi, Khalid and the wonderful concierge who when he found out where we were going for dinner told the restaurant to cover our drinks!! The breakfasts are literally a feast for a king, the desserts are made in house and are AMAZING.. The decor and the Spa and the attention to detail in every room, made our stay in Haifa a truly luxurious experience. Finally being across the heavenly Baha’i Center was a priceless treat day and night!! Toda, Toda!!

The hotel is new and modern. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large. The staff was extremely attentive, both the front desk and the dining room. The breakfast buffet was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property is excellent in a great location. Cleanliness in all facilities rooms, lobby roof top, small swimming pool area and rooms was always evident. The breakfast was ok, nothing to complain about. The service in the dining room and housekeeping needs to improve. While rooms were properly cleaned the empty water bottles were left in the room and not replaced. We had to call housekeeping for replacement. The coffee cups in the room were very small and I recommend replacing them with regular coffee cups. There is a daily charge for the garage as we understood the garage is independent from the hotel. The hotel is a five star and the daily price for a BB arrangement is quite high thus I recommend that the hotel management should pick up the daily garage fee which is $10 per day. This small token would resonate better with customers. Finally train staff to smile more and better service

would like to express my gratitude for your superb hospitality. I want to thank Jonatan in particular for going above and beyond to keep us happy. Great breakfast. a brand-new 5 star hotel for adults only with a beautiful view to the Bahai Garden Haifa view. Fantastic service and a great location.

Door man pointed to door. And didn’t help open it even though I had suitcase. Complained. Went out and in later still didn’t open door for guests but did open door for other employees. I booked two rooms. One was supposed to look at Baha’i gardens. It did not. Was told if I stood out on small terrace I could see a side view. Not so true either. Other room bigger but ceiling sloped down so narrow. Windows were low to the ground so you had to crouch to look out windows of that one. Tv on pole in middle of room- facing couch- looked like you should be able to turn tv on pole so you could watch tv on bed other side of room. You could not. No light in shower. Had to leave door open to shower to see- floor got soaked. Hallways had little to no air conditioning. Too tired and hot to argue. Two elevators for all guest room and pool access. Slow and no air conditioning. Expensive and weird. Roof top pool and pool deck size of hot tub. No room to sit.

Newly opened and ideally situated by the beautiful Baha’i Gardens however would not stay again. Expected 5 star service but from the check in to check out was mediocre. No one to carry bags up to the room, pool overcrowded and even though not allowed per Israeli law, smokers everywhere in the pool area and the adjacent rooftop bar. Spent 3 nights there and didn’t have a quiet night at all. The street noise was non stop past 2 am even though we had a higher priced suite. Even my airplane earplugs couldn’t keep the noise out. I inadvertently left my hat in the chaise in front of the desk during check in(a long process) and when I went down after realizing it was missing-no sign of it and staff wouldn’t look at cameras for me. Can’t recommend the hotel
