海口 Binhai Commercial Street周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. We wish to thank the staff, senior staff & everyone for the service rendered. Our rooms are 1306 (me) & 1307 from 20-29th Nov 2024 and we are from Singapore. 👍🙏

Great location with very helpful staff especially the reception desk who is very keen to help and provide info on places to eat, transportation etc. The double bedded room has curtains between the see through glass toilet and bathroom and bed area which provide some privacy compared to the Family room. Beds are very comfy and clean. One of the double bedded room had smoke smell and when we brough it to the reception desk, they were very prompt and helpful in removing the odour. Highly recommended place to stay for people who don't mind climbing stairs to their rooms.

設備: ホテルには設備が充実しており、スマートホームは特に使いやすく、怠け者には朗報で、部屋はかなり広々としています。駐車場は露天のみのようで比較的シンプルです。 衛生状態：非常に清潔で問題はありません 環境: ホテルの場所は非常に便利です。近くにはGuomao、MixC、その他のショッピングモールがあります。テイクアウトの注文は選択肢が豊富で便利です。 サービス: テイクアウトの注文は非常に便利で、ロボットは配達と返品を非常に迅速に行います。チェックインの際に女性の方からお土産も頂きました(笑)、ありがとうございます☺️ ヒント: ちなみに、海口のドライバーは運転するときにとても攻撃的です。絶え間なく続く「ディディディディ」の呼びかけに怖気づいていました。自動運転は少し難しいです。幸いなことに、私たちは空港からホテルまで車で行くだけで、翌日買い物に行くときはタクシーかシェア自転車を利用しました（海口にはシェアバイクがありません）。場所はでこぼこしていて、多くの場所で道路を修復していました。とても疲れていました 😢。 全体として、このホテルは非常に費用対効果が高く、良い経験ができます。ただし、海口は通過点であるため、市内のアクティビティには不便です。

設備：満点。このホテルは新しくオープンしました。すべての設備は非常にモダンで、部屋にはすべての室内設備用の小さなコントロールが付いています。テイクアウト商品はロボットによって部屋のドアまで配達されます。 サービス: レストランの朝食とアフタヌーンティーを試しましたが、品質はとても良かったです。西洋料理、中華料理、海南料理（チンブリアン海南麺）など、さまざまな種類の朝食をご用意しております。レストラン担当の女性の態度は非常に良く、サービスは非常に丁寧で、他のスタッフもタイムリーにサービスを提供し、空の皿をすぐに片付けます。アフタヌーンティーは、数人でおしゃべりしたり写真を撮ったりするのに最適です。 清潔感：部屋の掃除をしてくれるお姉さんがとても気が利いていて、部屋をきれいに保ってくれています。メッセージを残したところ、返事が来て、とても心温まりました。サービスは100点です。 また来ます。滞在にとても満足しています。

家族旅行で三泊しました。外観は豪華なビル、部屋も大きくて2ルームだった。設備、アメニティは完璧👌！朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富、美味しかったです。タクシー、新幹線チケットなどスマホの利用方法はわからなくてホテルスタッフから教えてくれました。チェックアウト時は記念でプレゼントももらいました。ありがとう、また利用したいです。

Really close to the Haikou East Station and only a few km away from sites like old street, volcano etc. Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Would recommend for couples.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
