This hotel is a scam, they promise to refund us money when we return the key card, but petty hotel didn’t want to refund us our check in fee Becareful maybe because of poor business they try to scam tourist They didn’t dare to face my camera

This hotel was truly amazing! I got the honeymoon room and can’t believe it! Huge soft round bed. Enormous bathroom with huge shower and claw foot tub. Also a great desk area to work. Service was amazing! They didn’t speak English which is fine cause she immediately asked for my WeChat and we could talk this way using the translator. Anything I needed such as ice to the room I just sent a message and it arrived. It was better than so many 5-star hotels I have stayed in! If I am ever in Haikou again I won’t hesitate to return. Great value!

酒店的位置比較好，處於市中心位置。 裝修設施中規中矩，但是裝修的材料都是真材實料，應該沒少花錢，設計風格偏傳統保守。 衞生情況比較好 酒店服務比較好

第一次入住 以前也是老匯通的辦公人員 辦理入住跟嚴經理聊的特別爽快。給我一種裝修。人和事都變了，但是心態沒有任何變化，就是一種離開多年回家的感覺，前台小姑娘對我也很上心，每次出去回來都能遇見嚴經理，她都會熱情的跟我介紹各種變化的地方，還提議問我需不需要去寫字樓逛逛。她帶我去參觀一下，真的很温馨，很不錯，因沒有定早餐的，還讓我下次回來找他順便品嚐一下酒店的自助早餐 過去看了挺豐富的，下個月回來再來這裏入住，真的很大愛

我們下了按金，他櫃枱的工作人員答應我們會退回來 但是我們回去櫃枱的時候，他説要問領導 我們猜測酒店入住低，為了維持生計就覺得騙騙50人民幣我們是善良 你們去這家酒店最好問清楚 講的沒有錯，我們相信的有錯

位置：好，去哪都方便，周圍吃的很多。服務：前台、餐廳、樓層工作人員態度很好，特別是客房工作人員服務態度很好。設施：雖然是老酒店，但房間維護的不錯，用品質量好，枕頭還有軟硬選擇。房間雖然標的是22平，住起來不覺小，窗户隔音效果好。早餐好：餐廳環境好，自助品種還可以，對得起訂房時房價包含的早餐價格，但單獨訂餐就不值了。建議：能否建一個自助洗衣房，花費不多，方便了客人，特別是住得久一點的客人。

酒店位置不錯，臨近萬綠公園和友誼國貿城、華潤萬象城，商業氛圍濃厚，生活方便。酒店設備已經不算新了，但酒店和房間收拾比較乾淨。人員服務熱心專業，因為時間問題延遲一個多月開發票也順利解決了，給前台的小周點贊。整體看，算性價比比較高的酒店了。
