Great hotel in a fabulous location with an incredible mountain view! Price was perfect as well, and they were able to accommodate our late checkout due to my husband's board meeting. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in the heart of town. Easy to get to and from River Run Lodge. Rooms were and clean and staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Hotel Ketchum was the perfect stay while we were in the area and enjoyed several days skiing at Sun Valley. It was super convenient to have a bus stop right outside the hotel that dropped us off right at the slopes. We enjoyed being a short walk to incredible dining options and great shopping. Ketchum is a desirable mountain town. The staff were more than warm and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and had great views. Breakfast was fantastic with quality food and provides enough choices to get us fueled up for a big day on the mountain! We would book again without a doubt and highly recommend to anyone considering.

I wish they would have come more often and given fresh towels and cleaned the room. The breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs were terrible and the sausage patty was like eating a rubber coaster.

We really liked Hotel Ketchum for its location, breakfast and fun, unique vibe. We had a standard 2Q room and it was clean, comfortable and had nice amenities. The only negative I can think of is that it took a full 5min for the water in the shower to warm up, regardless of time of day. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Well located , clean and comfortable . Nice breakfast . However the staff are not very helpful . We inquired about the shuttle bus to the slopes but no information was given. After three days we found out there was a bus stop right outside and we were carrying our skis for four blocks in the cold . No information for restaurants etc

Zero complaints! The kids loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast was delicious. Cool vibe.

Overall stay was very nice. I do think though that the text messages have kind of replaced the customer service that front desk staff should be making an attempt to give. Otherwise it was a nice quiet hotel that was clean and enjoyable.

If you don’t take time to enjoy the fireplace in the lobby of this hotel, it is truly stunning views with a wonderfully beautiful large fireplace to sit around. Our room was perfect but the lobby is a make sure you don’t miss.
