Do not stay here if you want sime sleep. Nightclub on top of hotel blares out music all night to the extent that 3 floors below, you can hear the words and music!! Pillows are shocking and old, sheets are really coarse. Food at restaurant above is amazing

Property is so nice and good service. Most of front office members are very helpful, one of Mr. Sohan lal very polite staff. My stay was great, in restaurant food and service was excellent. Room was clean, we recommend this hotel, here every one can enjoy free mind. Love to all team

We stayed here as part of a package tour with Trip A Deal (Australia) - the hotel was booked as part of the 'standard' accommodation package. Overall our stay was 'good'and the hotel was OK...a little past it's prime; but it felt as clean as it could be for an older hotel. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed saying hello each day to the housekeeping staff who was on our floor. One note; the hotel is next to a nightclub and if you are a light sleeper you should ask to be on the other side of the hotel. After two nights of nightclub noise we asked to be moved and the manager happily and readily accommodated this request which we appreciated. We ordered room service each nice we ate in the hotel and the food was nice. Hotel is a little out of the center of town so we got a tuk tuk into Jaipur central. Overall, not a bad stay.

The room was good. Spacious and well lit. The hotel is quite well located and connected. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Had a wonderful and satisfying stay. Regards, Pranav & Shraddha

A. 3 days, 3 rooms booked, not a single was clean on checkin and was never cleaned through out the 3 day stay. B. Door looks make us feel we are thief as it doesnt open at all. C. Main door broken, bath room flush broken, toilets on commode, dusts across the room, torn blankets, lifts are like garbage rooms. D. Extreme low staff strength and seems staff is not paid at all and so they are very rude. E. They claim to be 4 star hotel but do not bother to resolve a single complaint over a 3 night stay of 8 people in 3 different rooms. F. If at all you happen to stay, do not even think of trying the food, near by street food, kachhories and sweet shops may help.

Not happy with room cleaning and bathroom. Hope they have done proper cleaning before we arrived. Lots of disco pub noise till 1.30 am. You don't get peaceful sleep till it's over. Rude tone of reply by house keeping and no cleaning of rooms even on 2nd day of staying. Excuse was, it's Diwali. Very poor experience.

They claim this to be a 4* property but i found it to be just average types... average room, average cleanliness, average services and average breakfast. Car parking had limited space but the helpful parking attendant would somehow squeeze your car into the lot. You may get disturbed in the night due to loud music and songs played at the terrace of this hotel's (or adjacent) building.

We call this place a hit on the head at midnight!! Why? We checked in late midnight after a long tiring journey. What welcomed us in the room was a dirty used toilet (as after someone's use). Ideally we should've walked out of the hotel then and there. But we didn't, since we had kids with us and the the time was past midnight. So what next? We called the reception to either change room or get the toilet cleaned immediately. They promised the person was being sent right away. We also needed an extra bed for our child. .....and the wait continued.......remember we were tired and exhausted and sleepy......the next 1.5 hours we spent waiting, making 3 to 4 calls to reception, everytime to listen to their false promises. Finally I lost my patience and only after shouting at the reception staff did the mattress and housekeeping staff come! Early morning my whole family had white powder like fabric threads all over our head and clothes. This came from the bedsheets and blankets used. Thats their quality of hosserie they use. Pictures added. Once you get this kind of taste of a place, you cannot like anything else. They call themselves a 4-star property, but nothing inside the property suggests so. Everything just became a part of a bad experience. Will never suggest this place to anyone, coz the housekeeping and maintenance of this place especially is pathetic.

We booked a trip a deal holiday from Australia and this was the Delhi hotel we stayed in. hotels in India are not the same quality you would expect back home, so keep that in mind and I’m not sure the word maintenance is Not understood in India, I’m sure when this hotel was built it would have been great, but it’s quite run down and the big disappointment was the pool was dirty, very cloudy and non swimable. We stayed 2 nights, complained about the pool because we knew we were coming back to spend the final night of our India trip there as well, asking that the pool would be clean, but to our disappointment it had not changed. The rooftop pool and area had fantastic views of the area and come night time with the breeze and a cold beer was beautiful, but they close the rooftop area at 7pm! Which was totally stupid. Of course our group of 10 Complained, not only complained but actually begged to stay open a little longer, but was forced out by security. Forced to retreat to one of our bedrooms, we ordered 3 beers from the bar downstairs and was told they had no stock of beer. A huge positive was a massive shopping centre a 5 -7 min tuk tuk ride up the road called Pacific shopping centre, good shopping, good food and go see yourself a Bollywood movie at the cinema, gold class like tickets are AUD$10 (500) rupee or $1-$2 for standard tickets. (Big walking track and park across the road from hotel)

Thanks to the chef Guvydutt Verma for the attentive attitude to the guests. He cooked European food for us! Make attention that bed linen is often not changed after guests in Indian hotel. including this hotel too.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep during night because there is bar on top floor which plays music so loud that whole building vibrates. There is very limited parking which gets choked. Staff is concerned about peace of guests Simply avoid this hotel

Day 1 they said tariff including early checkin 3500 For day 2 I was getting an online offer of 2500 I thought of asking it over reception and some Rajkumar said 2200 I was happy that I got 300 extra off During my checkout on day 3 they said that the tariff for both the days will be same as 3500 and they refused to talk to Mr Rajkumar and the guy over reception stuck to 3500 and he said we wont allow you to leave the property and I was continously saying that atleast talk to Mr Rajkumar and mr Rajkumar Ghosted us. We had a bus so we paid and left but this is not expected from a 3 star hotel.

It was great stay at this hotel. I stayed with my family And we enjoyed the stay over here. All rhe major monuments are close by. Hotel is good for the family travellers. Hospitality is good. We will come back again whenever we plan for jaipur trip in future.

I opt for Jaipur central hotel during by business trip to Jaipur.Hotel is centrally located.Staff is courties and the food is also good. All corporates are nearby.Rooms are well maintained.Hotel is hygienic and follow covid guidelines.Recommended to other corporates also.
