Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

素晴らしいホテルスタッフ ここのスタッフは本当に素晴らしいです。特に私たちが到着してすぐに島で停電になったとき、彼らは私たちの快適さを確保するために最善を尽くしてくれました。幸運なことに、敷地内に発電機があり、物事がスムーズに進みました。施設は新しく、手入れが行き届いており、清潔です。キャットコビーチから徒歩数分です。部屋は申し分なく清潔で広々としています。海の景色は素晴らしく、日没時には絵画のようでした。 受付のドゥオンは、すべての交通機関とツアーの予約を手伝ってくれました。ホテルからの日没とプランクトンの生物発光ナイトカヤックツアーが大好きです。 キャットバ島のすべての人にこのホテルをお勧めします

We were really happy with the hotel, the room and the service! The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …) The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble. The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks! Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful. The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off.

ホテルは町の幹線道路にあり、私が到着したとき、彼らは建物で改修工事をしていますが、まだいくつかの部屋を借りています。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

サービスは良好で、ホテルの環境は快適で清潔、朝食は美味しく、ビーチ環境は美しいです。

大満足です。 泊まった際誕生日だったので、そのようなサービスがあるか事前に問い合わせていましたが、返事がなくこのホテルの滞在自体を楽しみにしていたので、十分だと感じていました。が、滞在中カスタマーサービスの方からWhatsAppを通じてメッセージを受け取り、誕生日のケーキを用意していただきました。 ホテル自体もかなり充実していて、温泉(岐阜からのミネラルを使っている)、プール、ジム、ビーチ、バー、を楽しむことが出来ました。 温泉は22時まで楽しむことが出来ますが、20時までに行くことをおすすめします。 また滞在したいです。
