これは素晴らしいホテルで、素晴らしい景色、素晴らしいロケーション、そして街に近いです。本当に美しくて素晴らしいサイトです。スタッフはフレンドリーでしたが、フロントレセプションのスタッフのみが英語を話せるようでした。スタッフも部屋に請求するのを恐れているようでした。食べ物はきれいに盛り付けられていましたが、味と食感はかなりひどかったです。また、すべてのバーやレストランで利用できる幅広い種類のビールやワインも必要です。小さな不満を無視しても、これは素晴らしく快適な経験でした。

5 star hotel in catba island , they have very clean rooms and you will be spoilt for choices with the amount of facilities that they have. Gym is very well equipped , and the breakfast and dinner buffet is great. They have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools for the different seasons of the year.

This one is a bit of a mixed review. The resort is beautiful and the location is great. There is plenty to do on site, although all of it will cost additional money, which isn't unusual. This was off season, so not as much going on and many areas were closed, which doesn't bother me much. A policy that really affected my attitude was their water policy. I was told that we were only allowed 2 bottles of water per day. If we wanted more we could have them, but then wouldn't get any on the following days. I have no arguments with this, but it made me think twice about spending additional money for activities at the resort. Just my two cents, it may not be the best policy to create good will with guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Flamingo Premium Cat Ba Beach Hotel during my vacation on Cat Ba Island, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. This hotel truly offers a premium experience with its exceptional service, stunning location, and the overall comfort it provided during my stay. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who were quick to assist me and answer all my queries. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for their guests really stood out and immediately made me feel at home. The hotel's location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled amidst the natural beauty of Cat Ba Island and offering stunning views of the beach. The serenity and tranquility of the surroundings provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed for easy access to breathtaking sunsets and long walks on the pristine sand.

People were kind. I do not blame them. Just the rate was wrong. If you are foreigner and don't have kid, another inexpensive small hotel could be an option. I found it's a popular place for local people, but not foreigners. They have the indoor pool and small beach, and it looks good for kids. But some facilities of the pool were not operated (such as sauna), and some damaged fixtures weren't fixed. I cannot see this is 5 stars. And please do not buy the half board option. the dinner from the buffet was the most terrible experience ever. But morning buffet was the level of 4 stars.

The location was nice and the hotel very beautiful. Breakfast was great and the room was comfy. The hot pot was good as well at the 1st building restaurant, although all lunch and dinner options are much pricier than anything else you can find on Cat Ba island. The service was very poor. It was my partner’s birthday and I had arranged with them to bring a cake into our room while we were gone for a surprise. I checked twice with them and… nothing. I was very disappointed. We also booked massages, which were not the best. The people who massaged us barely spoke English and were pressing very hard. We kept telling them it hurt but they didn’t understand. I also purchased drinks in advance for the spa and we never received them. Moreover, the spa section is divided in two (men, and women) so if you are a couple, you cannot enjoy it together, which is a real bummer. There are still the pools that are available but they close very early (7 and 8 pm - depending on the pool)!! And the outdoor pools were too cold for us to go in winter. To conclude, I feel a bit weird about this hotel. On one hand it was nice, although quite pricy and I liked staying there, but on the other, many things were extremely disappointing. I’m not sure I recommend.
