We had the unfortunate experience of spending two nights at this “hotel.” First of all, upon checking in, we were informed that the elevator had been broken, so we had to carry our luggage up three floors to our room. The doors do not seem secure at all. Once walking in, we were greeted with a foul smell of sewage and substandard cleanliness in the room. We couldn’t believe the conditions of the room considering the price we paid ($244 for two nights). Next, what was advertised as a free breakfast turned out to be free slices of bread and bagels with some juice boxes. As a bagel enthusiast, I would’ve enjoyed my bagel, but the cream cheese packets that clearly state “please keep refrigerated” were seemingly left out for days, if not months. I wouldn’t recommend eating the food here. To top off our horrible experience here, we did not receive room service or fresh towels. This was an incredibly misleading experience and we will not be staying here again. If you’re planning to visit this “hotel”, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! It’s criminal to charge these prices for this quality of accommodation. We’d have been better off sleeping in our cars.

If you’re reading this, I wouldn’t consider staying here. It felt more of a low income housing facility than a hotel/motel. The rooms were awful and the bathroom door wouldn’t even open all the way as it hit the toilet. Smelled of smoke. Again, pay extra to stay somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did.

Staff was friendly, room just average. Priced high for what you get however free parking is nice.

Only staying overnight, in the room basically just to sleep and shower in the am. Room was small and dated, but very clean. Group having a party outside the building with BBQ etc. so some noise, but not late into the night.

Door to room had been kicked in and lock did not work- put a chair under doorknob for safety. Screen window in room was ripped out. Outside area was dirty - would not recommend. Room itself was clean .

Door handle to room was broken so badly you could see through it. On a positive note the front desk staff person was professional.

While the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable , the room door was questionable. It didn’t latch properly and I felt very unsafe.

When we opened the door to our room, the screws holding the doorknob pulled right out into my hand, like they were *****ped. My husband screwed them back in. The smell of the room was sickening. Perhaps the sticky carpet? The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling with huge pieces of paint. The room was dark and dingy. I did not want to stay but there were no other rooms anywhere. Next morning I met Sarah at the desk. Extremely sweet, and most personable. A definite asset! She was almost enough to change my mind. Almost. The bed was clean. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least.

Love the continental breakfast. Door was problematic /needs bars in tub/shelf to store bathroom items/ toilet paper holder
