Super Location und wirklich schöner Spa bereich

Best hotel gym, fitness center and spa. I will book it again. Gym is massive with all the machines you need.

We felt very at home in this lovely place. It has everything you could need or want and right next to the bus line. We loved every minute.

Pricey but Mostly excellent. Service generally good. Gym top notch Friendly staff Only negative is when hotels make zero accommodation for late check out, other than to gouge an extra €25 per hour I wonder if they know how much it annoys repeat customers. Almost enough to seek an alternative

This is a fab place to stay if you want peaceful space. There’s not the usual “full service” of a hotel but if you look past that, or want too draw sports facilities this is the ideal choice!

I did not actually stay at the hotel but tried to use a gift certificate for spa services from my husband. The services at the spa were fine and the facility is lovely but the customer service was horrible. I won't get into the fact that the restaurant had run out of food at 4pm on a Sunday so we couldn't even grab a bite to eat. In short, they refused to honor my husband's gift to me as he didn't have the correct "gutschein number' just proof of payment and a confirmation email as an actual gutschein was never e-mailed or mailed to him. The front desk was completely unhelpful and offered no solutions even implying we were at fault. CAN NOT RECOMMEND this place - there are far lovelier and nicer establishments in Hamburg to spend your time and money. This is really a local health club for people who live in the area and want a place to play tennis, use the gym or sauna. Out-of-towners or non-Uhlenhorst residents don't waste your time here. I certainly won't be going back or recommending to friends.

We had a very pleasant stay in very nice surroundings (hotel and locaction) The hotel is a hot spot for germans…(sport/swimming/ spa) Although disappointing that the so-called restaurant and bar already close at 15:00 In addition nice cafés/restaurants are located close by ! Beaware of the German way/tradition! Spa area & selected garden area (away from the pool) is textile free area ;) Heidi, Denmark 🇩🇰

Breakfast is not ready at 7(as they say), so it is not perfect for business travellers. Overall it was a good hotel and nice gym+wellness.
