Konumu mükemmel. Ucuz olsun diye mecburen 8 kişilik odayı tercih ediyoruz. Odalar temiz ama çok kalabalık. 8 yerine 4 kişilik odalar olmalıydı. Bu sebeple tuvalet ve duş daracık. Elimizi yıkarken bile baya efor sarfetmemiz gerekiyor. Yemek yapacak herhangi bir yer yok, dışardan yemeniz gerekiyor. Odalarda masa bile yok.

酒店就在漢堡車站對面，特別方便。衞生不錯，就是洗手間和浴室有點小，其他都不錯，尤其是居然有風筒在房間，和哥本哈根的對比太友好了。

Il peggior alloggio in 25 anni di viaggi. La stanza definita "Deluxe king" è appena sufficiente a contenere un paio di letti singoli, il bagno puo' ospitare a malapena una persona ed essendo in gran parte di plastica, ricorda molto da vicino un bagno chimico. Non c'è l'armadio, non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani, i cuscini di una forma quadrata senza senso, sono maleodoranti, c'è polvere ovunque e ragnatele e ragni. Di notte è impossibile dormire decentemente: ragazzini che giocano a pallone nei corridoi, ragazzi ubriachi prendono a bastonate le porte, urla schiamazzi e invasati che corrono facendo rimbombare e tremare i pannelli di plastica di cui è in gran parte costituita la stanza. Il tutto nell' indifferenza dell' "efficientissimo" personale presente h24. Qualcuno potrebbe obiettare "pero' hai pagato poco!".... 600 euro per 4 notti. L'unica nota positiva, che è la posizione adiacente alla stazione centrale, viene vanificata dal rischio di essere derubati o accoltellati dai qualcuno dei numerosi brutti ceffi accampati nei pressi dell'ingresso dell'hotel. DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.

One of my worst experience when going for a trip, I booked for a room that was okay except for the shower that felt like going back to french universities student rooms (old, small, and reparation with black Tesa). I put two stars on the service but not because of the workers that were very helpful but because of the situation of this place. To be honest the really bad and worst experience comes from people "living" here. First night was hell, many kids (＞7) are left by themselves by their parents running and screaming in the corridors, hammering doors like crazy at 22:00-23:00, playing in the elevators,... We had to call for the security to make them stop as it was impossible to actually sleep (I was doing a business trip and needed some sleep, one of the reason I took a single room). These kids are hell, and degrade so much the image of the hotel. They are not tourists, to my feeling they were actually living in the hotel (1st-2nd floor). IF YOU ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR ASK FOR A CHANGE !!!!!!!!! they live in 3 different rooms and are running around the corridors from 8:00 to 23:00 and maybe even 00:00. The second night was the same, Hell, they are poorly educated and doesn't care about the hostel rules and regulations. Thankfully we asked to change for another room at the entrance. We were moved to the 7th floor, no more kids, quiet, the only night we were actually able to sleep properly without being stressed-out. **** The place is nice, if these kids were not here it could be a great place for short stay in Hamburg. Location is great, close to the Hbf, but the nearby streets are not the most welcoming ones. I've been told by people living in Hamburg that around the Hbf is actually the worst place to stay. We did not try the Breakfast, they have a 24/24(?) coffee, great cappuccino by the way. I really hope for you that these kids are not here anymore, otherwise one of my biggest advice DO NOT STAY AT THE SECOND FLOOR or near the elevator; they will ruin your stay. I feel sorry for the people working here, they were very helpful, great service and listening to my complains; they are really the ones keeping this place up.

為了趕一大早的火車找了這家住宿，地點非常好，服務態度佳，門禁森嚴保障了客人的安全。缺點是衞生間太過於迷你。
