アパートメント 040 アーバーホフ リビング(Apartment040)

Mit einer Freundin unterwegs anlässlich einer Hochzeit auf der Alster. Das Apartment liegt gut 15 Min zu Fuss entfernt, also sehr gut machbar. Parkplätze gebucht und super geklappt. Auto steht im Hof sicher. Super freundlicher Empfang, auch vorher telefonisch alles erläutert bekommen. Apartment sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht, sogar die erste Kaffeeversorgung bzw. Tee. Ruhig und total entspannt die Nacht verbracht.

Es war wieder alles super!

I booked with apartment040 via bookingand i was planning to stay there for a week end but due to a strike in german aiport i asked for a refund or change of dates but they never listen to me. From booking they undestood the situation butthe final word was from apartment040 and they decided to keep money instead make a refund or offer a change of dates. NEVER BOOK WITH Apartment040, if things go wrong they won t listen at all to customers.

Accommodation was excellent, and was comfortable and clean. Location was v good, as it was 5/6 minute walk from Mundsburg which has excellent u bahn services to city, harbour and elsewhere. Friendly staff too. Area pleasant enough too, with fast food/cafes and small shops in the vicinity.

About a 25-minute walk away from the city centre, this is a good base to explore the city (lots of public transport options nearby, if you don’t fancy walking). Plus also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The space itself was surprisingly spacious - we stayed in a studio - though the seating area was not the most relaxing (but we were out most of the days). These are serviced apartments, although ours was only cleaned once during our 11-night stay. But towels and linnen were freely available on our floor.

Good property to stay for night however parking and breakfast were not the part of the cost, which shows on the website as inclusive but was extra.

Apartment was nice and stay overall good, but unfortunately we, a family of 4, stood in front of a locked apartment with the key cards not working, at midnight, and had to scramble for 45 minutes by phone and text to figure out how to get access. Apparently the concierge had forgotten to take our credit card info at check-in and invalidated the key access. Things like that can happen, of course, but it was a rather annoying experience for us.

Sessiz, sakin bir çevrede bulunan konforlu bir oteldi. Oldukça huzurlu ve rahat bir tatil geçirmemi sağladı. Resepsiyondakiler taksi çağırma gibi konularda yardımcı oldular ve güler yüzlüydüler. Odada küçük bir mutfak, kahve makinesi vardı. Ayrıca kışın gitmeme rağmen odamın içi sıcacıktı.

Sehr großzügig gestaltete Appartements, flächenmäßig, wie auch ausstattungsmäßig. Sehr sauber, ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Concierge). Nur wenige Gehminuten von U3-Haltestelle Mundsberg und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere nächste „Erste Wahl“!
