コンフォート イン ハミルトン(Comfort Inn Hamilton/Stoney Creek)

Stay for one night on the ground floor (2 levels). The room was big , spacious l, and spacious with a couch (pull out bed) the washroom was also quite large. There is complimentary breakfast and parking (ground floor has a screen door that leads directly to lot easy to load and unload car). The place was nicely renovated, but the floors had some dust on the edges. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel was great. My only issue was the heater did really work well. Other than that it was awesome.

We had a wonderful! A beautiful property, fantastic beds, quiet rooms, very clean, newly renovated and super friendly staff! All ground floor rooms have a secure sliding door that opens to the outside. It made unloading/loading the car so easy! A pet friendly hotel, so our little guy was welcomed with lots of pats from the sweet staff. The breakfast that's included was great! We especially enjoyed the waffle maker. We highly recommended this property. Thank you to all!

It was nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Close to a number of restaurants and a reasonable Uber ride to the arena

Arrived on Tuesday November 21 for my room however I discovered at the front desk that My reservation was actually for Tuesday November 28 I cancelled the wrong date both with ******* and the front desk Rebooked and stayed November 21 I was not informed at the time that I was not elegible for a refund by the desk clerk I feel a full week notice of the error is enough time for you to reuse the room I will not be staying at Comfort Inns again.

Nicely renovated. Great front staff and location. Room 201 most comfortable bed.

The room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable , the bathroom was newly renovated and nice. My only dislike was the fact that you can hear everything going on in the halls from the room. The sounds carry from room to room. I was also woken up at 5am by what sounded like someone dying from pain and lasted at least 30minutes.

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean. This place has the thinnest walls I've ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed at. People coming in and out of doors all night long. Someone should really be monitoring the halls at night.

The carpet floors are really dirty. They need a carpet wash. The breakfast was okay just basic stuff. The scrambled eggs never tasted good. I have had much better breakfasts at other Comfort Inn Locations across US and Canada. The room was barely enough for the beds, No closet space or any space to keep our luggage properly. It might be good if you are traveling light or if you use it as a motel for a one night stay, but otherwise would not recommend it.
