great fun and awesome animators. you won't be bored here for a day. restaurant with great service and good food with a large selection. the accommodation is great. every day they clean and replenish everything you need. thank you and we will definitely come back again🫶

Ok the negatives first, this was my fifth time in Tunisia I've sampled other hotels food before Samira club, the food here is shocking , plain tastes of nothing and covers in oil and preservatives that was making me sick after every meal, there is very little choice here and I mean very little compared to other hotels I've stayed in all inclusive, I went the most of the holiday living on bread and chips, no eggs for breakfast or sausage or beans , and all meals tasted like nothing or bad tasting, the only other negative I had was there are no balconys all ground floor bungalows with a chairs out side the door on main walk routes so no privacy. The positives, the animation team are brill , energy is always there with them and go out there way to help you, there a credit to this hotel, The pool is a decent size with slides for the kids, you will have to get up before half seven for a decent sun bed, that didnt effect me as I'm up most days at 6. The bar staff , will taxi you drinks from the bar to you and worth the tips , I was paying Ali twenty dinar (fiver a day) to have me and my Mrs no have to go for drinks once, well worth it in my eyes, All in all a gud hotel a little dated but the food let's it down big style,

Since our arrival, we had a warm and friendly welcome from Ahmed and his team at the reception. They offered us a quadruple / apartment room instead of the standard triple room we originally booked which was very convenient for 3 adults and a baby. The room was spacious and tidy. The service and the hotel is great, the staff at the restaurant and the pool including the swimmer-rescuers are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at night is lively and fun. A hotel I definitely recommend !

Pros: The hotel was right by the beach, and the (mostly okay) wifi extended even there. The hotel was generally nice enough, with a lovely courtyard area seperating the different sections of the hotel. Considering how cheap it was, it was pretty alright. Cons: Food was bland and monotonious, with extremely poor labelling. The only foods I ever found labelled were the plain sliced red and white cabbage (even I could guess that much), leaving a lot of things a complete mystery (good luck finding a salad dressing when there is a dozen bottles of mysterious colourful liquids to go by). Food was very plain and often cold. I quickly gave up on eating at the hotel and paid to eat elsewhere most occasions - and the advertised a la carte barbecue did not seem to exist with staff looking confused when I asked about it. The staff were often overbearing - and the tv only showed local shopping channels. The entertainment was not particularly so. Local area: This part isn't really part of the review but might be useful for potential guests. The local area was pretty dire, with abandoned clubs and hotels around every corner. You could look at all kinda of local places that were listed as open and looked exciting but turned out to be closed and looking like a building site. Maybe just the time of the year I travelled? Best food I had nearby was eating at local places and ordering what locals were ordering - had a fantastic stew of some sort by just pointing at a pot of steaming food that I saw others eating that looked nice. Taxis were cheap and worth taking advantage of, there wasn't much to see by walking. Lots of people will try to scam you. Be warned.

The hotel is truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly. They handled our check-in quickly and efficiently. The lobby is beautifully decorated. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a stunning view from our window. The bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. We enjoyed the variety of dishes offered. The hotel also has a great fitness center. It was well-equipped and clean. The pool area is lovely. We spent many afternoons there. The staff at the pool were attentive. They provided towels and refreshments. Overall, the service was outstanding. We will definitely return!

The hotel has its own atmosphere, we liked it very much, spacious, well-kept gardens, lots of greenery. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. The pool was ok. But the most important thing was the atmosphere, the service and the animators who did a great job. I was there for the second time and I will come again :)

Nice hotel, friendly service throughout the hotel, great animators who took care of our well-being and fun. The cleaning ladies always took care of the cleanliness in the room. If someone wants to spend the best vacation of their life, I recommend it! I will definitely come back there ! 🫶🏼

I have been coming back to this hotel for years and will continue to do so. The best place on earth. Wonderful people, perfect atmosphere. There is never a dull moment in the hotel, animations are always provided. In the evenings there is great fun in every language. The rooms are very clean, there are decorations on the beds after cleaning. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
