Our store is strategically located, surrounded by scenic spots and convenient transportation. It is close to the subway, near Hangzhou East Railway Station and the West Lake. You can walk to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, West Lake Cultural Square, etc., and the surrounding food and entertainment are all available. Our store is located on the 25th-27th floors of Yuntian Fortune Center Building, overlooking the colorful Hangzhou City. 太棒了，主要是男女分層，女生樓層必須刷卡才能進，真的是安全感滿滿，設施也很先進，衞生間和淋浴間分離，吹風機都是來芬的，雖然小但是數量多，不會有要排隊的情況，27樓公共娛樂空間很大，可以一起玩也可以互不打擾，太友好了，服務員都很熱情～

週末和大家一起來杭州玩，入住了開普勒，離5號線地鐵口走路幾分鐘，交通很便利去了西湖和靈隱寺，南宋御街打車十幾塊錢，27樓大堂真的很大，視野很好，大家一起交流也很自在。入住的4人間，床很舒適，睡覺安靜。衞生間乾淨，隨時去都有衞生紙

有5年住青旅的經驗了，還從來沒有哪家的床🛏️和床品讓我非常滿意的，特別是底鋪的高度，離地面剛剛好，坐下去跟沙發🛋️的感覺一樣，不是那種離地面非常非常低的那種床。樓上翻身也不會有響聲，床墊硬度適中，非常舒適。
酒店的位置是真正的地鐵房，5分鐘到寶善橋5號線，去哪裡都方便，早點晚飯都很方便在附近解決。特別推薦看運河的河景房，無敵景色。酒店自備洗衣房，高級的滾筒洗衣機和滾筒乾衣機配套使用，超值。
因為是新酒店，保潔員的專業性有待提高，有效的培訓和合理的作息排班能儘快解決這個問題。

如果來杭州旅遊，想要選擇青旅，推薦入住開普勒星球青年旅舍，距離公交站地鐵站步行幾分鐘就能到，位於大廈內，沒有複雜的社會人員出入，開普勒一共三層，27樓公區一層用來交友最合適不過，26樓男生25樓女生，誰懂？夢迴高中宿舍，23點以後禁止大聲喧嘩等為大家保證了安靜的休息環境，每天每時不誇張的説都有看到有阿姨在打掃衞生，環境真的很乾凈，浴室和廁所是分開的，浴室是單間隔門有很多個不用擔心擁擠問題，廁所蹲廁和馬桶都有同時滿足了兩類人，沒有拍照忘拍了，房間裏每個床位拉上簾子都是一個屬於自己的空間，我是i人，住的那間屋子大家互不打擾都保持安靜非常滿意。打卡靈隱寺！

1.玩了一天回來和阿姨説了要毛巾，又去前台説了要毛巾，兩女的前台聊天聊的正開心，（辦入住的時候有個前台都不會，一直在那等她）回去找阿姨，阿姨掏出手機説前台沒説要毛巾，我都無語了，
2.公區掛滿了內褲，房間裏也掛滿了內褲

設施：
整體設施還算不錯，畢竟是新開的店。男女樓層、衞生間和洗衣房都是分開的，提供了洗衣凝珠、拖鞋等便利物品，公共區域也很大，環境舒適。店家還會組織一些遊戲活動，增加了互動性。不過，Wi-Fi連接體驗較差，總是需要反覆驗證，即使反饋後問題也未能解決，這點讓人感到不便。
衞生：
公共區域的衞生狀況令人滿意，阿姨打掃得非常仔細，垃圾桶也能及時清理，沒有異味。房間內的床鋪整潔，被套一客一換，每天都有專人打掃，通風效果也不錯，整體衞生條件值得肯定。
服務：
服務方面卻讓人失望。工作人員態度冷漠，遇到問題時未能及時解決，甚至顯得不耐煩。入住第一天就遇到了一些小插曲，比如對設施的介紹非常敷衍，衹提到有洗衣房，卻未説明是男女分開的，也沒有告知可以添加前台微信以便聯繫。續住訂單分開下單後，每次刷房卡前台説默認都衹刷一天，詢問是否需要每天刷房卡時，旁邊一位男住客還陰陽怪氣地內涵我，令人非常不適。更糟糕的是，刷完房卡後，前台一羣人竟然在背後議論和嘲笑，這種行為實在讓人反感。微信諮詢問題時，回覆也極其敷衍，甚至不回覆。前台人員雖然多，卻總是索要好評，服務態度與效率嚴重不匹配。

然後衞生也能看到阿姨一直在打掃，而且衞生間還有紙巾提供
淋浴間很多不會排隊，還有擋水的簾子方便放一些衣服什麼的，細節滿分
公共空間的話有一點就是一直在放音樂，如果要辦公或者使用電腦會議的時候會有些幹擾
還有活動什麼的對新人不太友好，沒人拉動組織新人融入

入住環境非常好 服務人員很友善 給了我很多幫助 我入住時間比較晚前台24小時有人在還有人帶我去房間 洗衣房什麼都有還有烘乾機24小時都能使用因為是在公共區域那一層所以不用擔心會被洗衣機吵到 特別感謝雨涵小姐姐帶我玩了很多好玩的遊戲讓我在杭州這座城市交到很多朋友 強烈推薦獨自旅行的人來玩 對了其實這裡有四層因為天台還可以晾衣服
