親子向けのホテルではありませんが、お子様の散歩に最適な様々な観光スポットや美味しい食事までの相対距離は200メートル以内ですので、お子様連れのご家族に最適なホテルです。階下には西湖風景区があり、夜には音楽噴水、1921 スカイ レストラン、杭州の老舗グルメ ファストフード レストランを見ることができます。国慶節の連休で忙しかったので、家は少し狭かったですが、交通の便の最大の問題は解決できて良かったです。設備も綺麗で衛生的、サービスも快適で満足です！

房子很乾凈，早餐服務也很豐盛好吃。前台小哥哥的服務特別好特別周到細心。好評好評！後續説要更換房型也很熱情，解決問題也很快，效率很高

ホテルは環境が良く、サービスも良く、装飾スタイルは主に丸太色で、中のティーセットはとても個性的です!同僚がホテルに何か残っていて、フロントデスクのスタッフも特別に電話して返却してくれたことは特に称賛に値します!

地下鉄に隣接しており便利です 素敵な環境、豊富な朝食 周囲には多くのレストランがあり、西湖からはわずか 2 km 以上の距離にあります。 しかし、ある夜、小さなロボットが間違ったテイクアウト品を配達してしまい、ショックを受けました。

非常的滿意，過年期間，沒想過會住的這麼好，到店前台還給升級家庭房，空間很大，乾淨整潔，處處都透露着温馨，給過年外出旅遊的我們一家，一次很美好的體驗，孩子説以後出差就定這裏啦，早餐也非常豐盛，點贊👍 如果要説一些建議，那就是垃圾桶最好換成加蓋的，這麼高檔的酒店，就這一處有點讓人感覺不舒服，小小的建議，衹希望越辦越好吧

フロントデスクは27階にあり、チェックイン後、下の客室に行くことができます。部屋は広く、設備もとても良いです。カードを挿入した後、自動カーテンが開くデザインは非常に儀式的です。朝食は悪くありませんが、カテゴリーは多くありませんが、麺屋は非常に暖かくなっています～軟膏の唯一のハエは、この部屋のデスクのデザインがうまくいかず、オフィスが非常に窮屈であることです。

The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer. We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door. Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, that’s when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, that’s the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (I’ve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands). The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

ホテルは私に驚きを与えてくれました！ホームインに泊まるのは10年ぶりで、今回の宿泊は予想外でした。まず、ホテルのロビーの装飾はアトゥールに似ており、快適で実用的な環境が整っています。次に、無料で部屋タイプにアップグレードしていただきました。 ３つ目は、朝食は茹でたての麺類などもあり、その他の種類もかなり豊富です。個人的には出張に非常に適していると感じました。ホテルの周りにはたくさんのレストランがあります。個人的なお勧めはYan JiangnanとDong Dafangです。

The system of hotel no alllow foreigners, 30 minutes for try do the checkin , currently those is illegal in China all foreigners must be accepted , my friend Chinese help me with her ID. Just one attendance for many peoples, even Chineses peoples waited long time for do checkin

We had a wonderful experience spending time in Hangzhou, especially at this hotel. We rented a car, so the location didn't matter to us, but it was a 20-minute drive to West Lake. Next to the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Domino's Pizza, which made our first night of stay pretty great. The breakfast had enough options to choose from, and the food was quite fresh. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice, and they answered our questions very patiently.
