位置在河內中心地帶，可步行至train street，附近有不少餐廳！房間乾淨，廁所和浴室分開，非常好！前台的其中一位員工英文很好很清楚，也讓我們提早check in，但早餐9:30am就完，建議延遲一點點。

When I first arrived, the lobby threw me off a bit. It looks a bit old fashioned/traditional. The room itself was lovely though. Very stylish, a decent size and clean. Had everything I needed inside. I never bothered with the breakfast but the staff at the front desk were all very friendly. The hotel is well situated in the old quarters. Down an alley which makes it a little quieter.

Hotel Calido is situated in beautiful little street in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You can walk to tourist attractions such as St. Joseph’s Cathedral and a myriad of lovely restaurants and coffee shops very quickly. We were also collected for a day-trip to Halong Bay on our final day there! The young staff at reception are courteous, welcoming and helpful. They literally did everything they could to help us. The only thing that could be slightly improved is the breakfast. We stayed in five different hotels in Vietnam, and all of the other breakfasts were more generous and with more variety. Another couple of tables squeezed into the dining area or the outside veranda would also making sitting down to eat a little easier. Other than that, we were very happy.

This hotel is located in the old town. There is a Michelin-recommended restaurant next to it that you can try. This hotel deserves praise because it has attentive and promising employees who can help guests with their itinerary packages. Talk about it! Since I am going to Cat Ba Island the next day but have not yet booked a driving package, the hotel staff are happy to help book a vehicle. There is also a very good service. They will help you book a return trip and will remind you of the driver‘s phone number in due course. The time will be confirmed with you! For me, it is beyond the scope of work that ordinary hotel staff would do. Thank you very much for the excellent handling capabilities of our hotel staff! Although I had a few accidents on Cat Ba Island, it did not affect my mood! I will come back to your hotel if I have the chance!

Overall, it was excellent value for money! Location: Many places around the old quarter are within walkable distance, the neighbourhood is not so noisy at night. Hygiene: Good, the staff tried their best to make it clean, though there are some tiny bugs occasionally. Also, the cotton bud pack they provide was half used. Bed sheet, towel, pillow, blanket were all clean and smells good. Amenities: Suggest bring your own shampoo and body wash, the ones they provide were not the best you could get. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there were some problems with the room (e.g. tv remote and safe not working), they found someone to fix it promptly. Overall Experience: The bed was the best part of the room, it was really comfortable. However, it may get a bit noisy if it rains at night, the soundproof was not so good, you can hear raindrops at the ceiling.

半夜11：30才到，事先請Trip先溝通，有服務人員等我，雖然是無窗的房型，通風很好，早餐很簡單但美味，近老城區，去環劍湖、西湖、昇龍皇城等各景點都方便！

房間樓層較低，但是衞生很好，隔音一般，走廊説話聽得到，寸土寸金的地方，這個價位還是可以的

位置很好，一間細小的酒店，近36古街， 舊城區，service 很好，性價比高，早餐簡單,不是自助，任食只有面包同一款生果，房間size算大
