I loved our stay in this hotel. The staff is exceptional! Everyone tried to make our stay comfortable. The greeting drink and snack at the reception was so nice. And breakfast-it is one of the best breakfasts ever! The location is superb. The guys at the hotel even gave a present to us when we checked out))

Best attention to every request... from bed change to tours... to airport transfers.. Leo and team is there. They also provided souvenirs and complimentary wine during checkin. Best of all hotel is clean and new. Also location near Hoan Kiem Lake is a central to all our sightseeing.

I came to L’Signature to ask about their luggage storage facilities as I was leaving Hanoi for a week. Even though I was not staying with them, they let me store my luggage there for free! The staff were so lovely and helpful, and it looked like a beautiful place to stay in a great location.

L'Signature was a delightful stay. In all honesty, I had picked the hotel because of its location across from GC and Polite Bars. It looked fine online but we were very pleasantly wow-ed by the large, clean room with several very convenient electric outlets, comfortable bed, excellent AC, and beautiful bathroom and tub. The week we arrived they had just opened a new kitchen and great breakfast buffet on the top floor and are soon opening a pool and skybar on the roof, a big deal since it's one of the taller buildings in the area. The real stand out is the staff. Well-spoken, super helpful and naturally friendly. Nothing felt forced. Great suggestions from the front and concierge desks. Immediately responsive. And the location, tucked away just off from the lake, was perfect. Less traffic and street noise but just as convenient. We found a small, very delicious restaurant on the corner that was our go-to, more often than not. I VERY highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location, great customer service, nice room. They offered me a free breakfast and was delicious. The receptionist was very attentive and answered all my questions.

An excellent place to stay. Very comfortable,especially the bed.Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff work as a team and go out of the way to make sure you are happy with your stay. Situated near the lake in the center of town you are close to everything yet you’re in a quiet street. Very happy to give my complete recommendation.

Had a wonderful stay at L’Signature Hotel while we were in Hanoi for a week at the end of March. We had 2 rooms - 1 for us and 1 for our 3 teenage sons. The hotel is pretty new, we were so happy with the cleanliness, and quality of the beds and bathrooms (with excellent water pressure.). Excellent location with many restaurants and hotels nearby and 1/2 a block to Hoet Kiem lake where I ran every morning. The service was top notch, and the staff attentive to all of our needs- helping us make reservations or calling to ensure we knew our driver had arrived. The restaurant was not yet built but our breakfast was included 4 doors down at the imperial hotel. The breakfast was delicious, had a variety of options every day, including a chef making fresh eggs and pho. The service at the imperial for breakfast was also delightful. Would recommend this hotel highly. If you are looking for clean and comfortable, reasonably priced lodging, you have found it!!

We had the pleasure of staying at L'Signature hotel for our Honey Moon in Hanoi and could not have asked for more. Our ensuite room was top level as you would expect for a high class hotel. The Staff was very helpfull and took care of all our needs. Top Hotel in Hanoi's old quarter gives you the peace and comfort you will need after a long day in Hanoi. Highly recommended.

I ended up staying here for my last evening in Hanoi(I was away from the city center my first few days) and honestly I was COMPLETELY blown away. I believe this is a brand new hotel that opened late 2023. So new that the instore restaurant was not ready yet but they did have accommodations if you wanted hotel provided breakfast just a few meters away. Location: Right near the River/Lake and completely central of all of Hanoi. Everything is walking distance if you're looking for a city stay. Staff: Let me just say the highlight of my stay here besides the actual room itself was the staff. Leo the manager was EXTREMELY attentive and professional offering services/options if needed. From when I checked in and checked out he made sure to take care of me. When I told him I would be taking a Grab to the airport the day I would check out he asked to make sure to send them the license plate to ensure my journey was safe. They saw me into my room and to my Grab. I can't say enough about Leo and his team. Room: I arrived a few hours earlier than my check-in time and instead of having me wait/drop off my luggage they actually just provided me the room next door that was available(which also was an upgraded room). I would also like to note during check-in they provided tea and nice ripe fruit. So not only was I able to check in early I got a nicer room. And wow was the room nice. I had a nice view of the city street(its' not so noisy since it's a smaller street off of the main road). The bed was soft, clean, and plush. And what really got me was the bathroom. The bath tub and shower were IMMACULATE. Bath Salts and all the soaps/body washes you could need. I actually took 2 baths in my 1 night stay and honestly will stay again next time I'm in Hanoi. Again shoutout to Leo and his team they are doing an AMAZING job.

A new hotel located conveniently in the Old quarter. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with balcony and jacuzzi which was lovely. Breakfast was offered at their sister hotel close by. Staff is attentive and helped assist with booking grab driver. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in throughout my travels. The room was beautiful and the staff was so accommodating. They helped facilitate a seamless stay and organized a spa day and car service to the airport. It is also located in a great part of Hanoi.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Everyone was very cheerful and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great range of food. On days when we were leaving early for day tours, they even offered to pack small breakfast lunchboxes for us to take on the bus so that we could sleep in, which was very thoughtful!! We were travelling in a group of 4 and they upgraded our rooms to make sure we had rooms right next door to each other. The hotel is in a prime location in the Hanoi Old Quarter and just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The managers Leo and Justin were very helpful and enthusiastic about recommending local places to eat. We would definitely recommend L’Signature Hotel, and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hanoi. Thank you everyone for making our stay so perfect!
