This hotel could be so much better with a little attention to details. The staff are fine, but not quite as warm as most Vietnamese we met, the rooms are clean but not pristine, the bathrooms are clean, but not quite as clean as mine would be at home, the breakfast is nice, but lacks a bit of pizazz, the rooftop bar is okay but like a sauna at opening time and the music seems to have a mind of its own (going from pleasantly background to conversation stifling volume in a cycle of about 20 seconds a time) and completed meals, cups and glasses are left bar tables seemingly indefinitely while the staff check their phones. All these things are easily fixed with a bit more care, attention and discipline in work practice - we experienced much better in all the other places we travelled from South to North, into the south west corner and the north west Highlands, so it can be done. Come on Flower Garden, you can do this.
