We have been assisted by Nipender during breakfast buffet. He was very courteous and polite. We found all the staff members doing a great job. We stayed here for 3 days and everyday we were visiting different location. This place was comfortable as it has ample amount of parking space also.

この旅行では他のホテルに3軒ほど泊まりましたが、間違いなくここが最高のホテルでした。部屋はとてもきれいでした。リネンもとても清潔でした。ほとんどの人はバスルームの清掃に不安があると思いますが、このホテルは旅行中最もきれいなバスルームでした。お湯はいつでも出ましたし、場所はハルキパウリに近いです。次回ハリドワールに来たらどのホテルに泊まるかはもう決まっています。

Ramaya Inn made my celebrations truly unforgettable. The banquet hall was the perfect venue, spacious and elegantly decorated, setting the stage for a joyous occasion.Also the rooftop dining added a touch of magic with its nice views and good food. It was a delightful experience, combining delicious excellence with a beautiful setting. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after the festivities. The lobby and reception area showcased the hotel's sophistication and attention to detail. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep after a day of exploring Haridwar's attractions. The thoughtful amenities, are well-equipped and rooms have efficient storage, added to the overall convenience. ゲゲストI recently stayed at hotel ganga bliss, and while the property has good potential, its poor management and lack of cleanliness left me disappointed. Upon checking into my room, i found that the bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets, and towels had not been changed and appeared used. After informing the staff, they assured me everything had been changed but replaced the items again. Unfortunately, even after the replacement, the towels provided were visibly used, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the toilet area was poorly maintained, with broken tiles and inadequate lighting around the commode, making the experience even worse. For a property charging high room rates, these basic hygiene and maintenance issues should not be overlooked. The overall environment felt unhygienic, which is far from the standard one expects from a hotel of this category. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness and overall upkeep, as these issues severely impact the guest experience.

Located just on the edge of all the hustle bustle and traffic chaos of Haridwar. Easily approachable. We had a comfortable stay. The staff was pleasant and attended to us promptly when we reached late at night. I made the booking at the last minute and was fortunate to get 2 rooms here. It's just 10 mins from Har ki pauri by E-rickshaw from the hotel. It's best to leave your vehicle parked here as parking near har ki pauri or the market can be very difficult to find. Comfortable beds and nice, clean rooms

ゲゲストProperty is well in the midst of the market area. It is a singular tower closed on two sides. No cross ventilation available. The washroom was simple, but the toilet and washbasin were dirty. Tea and coffee were excellent, sandwiches good. Breakfast was simple but good. As regards meals, out of more than 100 dishes listed in the menu, only 4 were available. But whatever was available, were tasty. One wouldn't starve.
